Conference Introduction
Conference Key Message Make Changes, Be a future leader.
Conference Objective Our Behavior We make TRANSPARENT decisions with clear reasons and make what we promise HAPPEN. We make conscious decision considering the pros and cons in a LONG run based on history and trend. We provide SOLUTIONs and ACTIONs positivity for the purpose of leadership. We listen to every INDIVIDUALs' voice and have COMPASSION stand in one's shoe To BREAKTHROUGH reality, we never settle to strive better QUANTITY and QUALITY. We Choose to ENJOY every moments and OWN our experience.
(1) Newbies know four points: why AIESEC exist, how AIESEC impact this world, what we provide (Experiential Leadership Development) and what is the connection between AIESEC and them. (2) Newbies have commitment to AIESEC and know what to do in AESEC to achieve their personal development goals. (Eager to go exchange and be a part of AIESEC to make more people take this kind of opportunities) (3) Newbie are action-oriented and willing to make changes.
Conference Place and Time • Conference Place and Time - North, Taipei, NCCU, 2018.10.13-2018.10.14 - South, Taichung, THU, 2018.10.6-2018.10.7 • Delegate Profile - North (NCCU): around 190 new members. - South (THU): around 130 new members.
Obligation
• Facilitators are required to participate training day and session run-down in following days: (Choose one date from 2018.09.22/23/24) 9:30-19:00 Taichung Physical Facilitator Training & Working Day (the session form will need to be finalized) 2018.09.27 - 2018.10.02 Virtual Session Dry Run
Obligation and Rights
• Facilitators are required to participate pre-meeting before conference. If there’s any obligation can not be fulfill, MC has the authority to change the Faci allocation. North - Taipei, NCCU, 2018.10.12 (Start at 13:00) South - Taichung,THU, 2018.10.05 (Start at 13:00) Rights
• The transportation fee for a round trip is subsidized by E&C. • The accommodation during conference and pre-meeting are covered. • The meals are covered during conference.

Selection Process
(1) All the questions and video should be completed in English. (2) Applicants can design your own format for the following requirement. Use your creativity. (3) All the files (Application Package) should be compiled in one zip./rar. file. (4) Please name application package “1819_AIESEC_in_Taiwan_NC_Faci_Application_LC Name_English Name” to MCVP TM Winnie Zheng (winnie.zheng2@aiesec.net) before 2018.09.24 (Mon) 23:59 (5) No complete application and any delay hand in will non be accepted.

Facilitation Challenge
1. Record at most 3 min video with clear “English” delivery and share with plenary your imagination of 2018 Autumn Newbie Conference and The AIESEC way. ( YOUR VOICE AND IMAGE SHOULD BE CLEAR ENOUGH ) 2. Please upload the video to Youtube and provide the link.
Session Design 1. Choose ONE of the session below and design the session by session form. ● AIESEC Adventure [ Newbie will experience Team journey. They will have a lot of outer journey and then you need to facilitate their inner journey, making them reflect their position in the team.] ● What We Do, Why We Do [Newbie already known about what AIESEC provides, and then we need to connect them with “why” AIESEC exist in the world ] ● Make changes.
