「即使在黑暗中,也能創造光明。」這是個資訊爆炸的時代,同時也是個價值迷茫的時代。今天 已經不單單是爸媽說什麼,學校說什麼,而在這些人生歷程中尋找價值,更多的時候是媒體告訴你什 麼,網紅分享了什麼。 我們在這些資訊中效法、模仿,找到一套可以變得更不一樣的路徑,但往往忘記自己擁有什麼價 值與信念。 想必在這條人生道路上,你也是一個迷茫且把AIESEC當作一個機會找到定義自己,了解自己的過 程。當年我在2014年透過徵才體驗營進入AIESEC,「You can be different創造不一樣的可能」這句 Slogan吸引了我,他告訴了我對於我的大學生活的期許:我希望這四年離開大學後,我的大學經歷足 以撐起我定義未來我想要成為什麼樣的人。 在AIESEC比起「學習點」,更多的是在這四年的「創造點」,當MB的時候比起等VP分給我EP, 我開始去找身邊的朋友分享海外成長,當MS的時候,我挑戰管理校外市場,從0到開始跟學校社團與 學校處室有合作機會,當了VP,過去沒有想過海外成長可以補助,於是開始跟學校討論海外成長補助 機會……如何將無化有,創造機會的同時,自己有更多學習經驗。 這也是我將我的團隊凝聚起來的原因,我的團隊們千奇百怪,同時身經百戰,從一個分會什麼資 源都沒有,到最後維持成一個正式分會,從一個一半以上都是MB升EB的執行團隊帶著他們拿下Best LC,從海外實習碰到的挑戰去創造更多機會……在1920,我們相信的是沒有什麼迷茫與限制,反而更 多的是創造與挑戰。 這是1920的時代,同時也是我們希望邀請你一起,在每一個NST角色上,創造更多AIESEC的不 可能。 獻給打開申請包裹認真在看這一頁的你,願我們定義我們的世代,向沒有借出機會。


Selection Process 1st stage: application selection ◆ Had at least 6 month MS experience ◆ Application includes your CV, Prism report (career potential one) within 1 year and an Endorsement from either previous Leader or externals. Your CV should at least include academic background, past experiences, contact, and the experiences of position you are applying for. ◆ Other attachments dependent on positions which you applied. Job Description 1. Initiate OGV strategy for digital promotion 2. Design national OGV digital content 3. Manage OGV digital promotion channel 4. Manage national network art design for OGV

Questionnaire 1. Please analyze current OGV product digital MKT status, including strategy, operation and future trend. 2. Please list down the bottleneck of OGV digital promotion, and provide your suggestion and solution. 3. Please create 1 post and 3 pictures for OGV product respectively. (3 pictures should be for Facebook, Instagram and website each)
