Garantizar el Desarrollo Organizacional de la entidad local a través del cumplimiento de metas operativas y mínimos de salud organizacional.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de la estrategia nacional en la entidad local
Ser participativo y proactivo en la Asamblea Nacional de AIESEC en Guatemala
Liderar los procesos de Planeación y Replaneación de la entidad local

The Process Application The application folder MUST contain: • - Personal Information Questionnaire (Max 1 Page) • - Specific Questionnaire (Max 9 Pages) • - Acknowledgement Letter. (Max 1 Page) • - Commitment Letter. (Max 1 Page) • - Endorsement Letter from omeone who led you. (Max 1 page) • - Endorsement Letter from someone who I led. (Max 1 page) • - Blank Paper Challenge (Max 1 Page) • - Executive Summary (Max 1 page) • - Video Challenge (Max 6 minutes) • - 16 personalities test (1 pdf file is expected) DDL: 22th January at 11:59 PM (GMT-5). Any late applications, even by 1 minute, and even for technical reasons/ laptop failure/ website problems won’t be accepted.
• The application, as the requested documents must be complete and in the requested form, any application that does not meet this criterion will not be accepted. • The applicant must answer all questions on the form for the application to be valid. • The application package must have the name of FirstName_LastName_Package • e.g Lauretha_Leiva_Package.zip • The application package must be in zip format and all your document s mus t be named as FirstName_LastName_NameOfTheDocument. • Every document is expected in a pdf file, A4 page size and min 12 pts font size, no words, no power point, no other kind of document.
The Process Interviews The applicant will have the following interviews: - MCP Interview. - MCVP Interview (The responsible MCVP will be chosen by the MC). - LCP Interview. - External Interview. IMP: All interviews will have to be done to the applicants from 23th of January until 24th of Janaury, these results will be sent at the MC and this is the responsible to sum up the results and give again the nomination or not nomination report of the entity applicants.
• The application package has a representative percentage within the nomination process, for this reason, the quality in this is a nonnegotiable. • Nomination Process: Individuals will only be nominated if their interviews and application have a weighting greater than 80%.
Personal Information Max 1 page
Personal Information: Name, Age, Current Role, Cellphone Number, Skype ID, email, LC, detail your fluency in any language you know. Academic background: Start and end-date, Program, University, abroad experience. Your AIESEC value: What is the value of AIESEC that represents you more and why?
General Background: Past or current role you’ve held in AIESEC/enterprise/NGO/etc. detail the main tasks and achievements you have/had. Your commitment: What is your biggest commitment that will guide all your actions as LCP 18.19 for your local entity.
Specific Questionnaire LCP Experience Block
1. Please make a SWOT of your local entity identifying the main strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities. 2. Define the 3 drivers that are going to lead your entity and the strategies behind them, along with your proposed EB structure. 3. Choose an MC Kairos planning project and establish how your committee can commit to compliance with it.

4. Choose 2 Finance Standards that are a red flag in AIESEC in Guatemala (or are not in optimal state) and establish an improvement strategy for each one. 5. Establish a Team Standards implementation timeline in your local entity, identifying which stages are red flags and the call 2 actions required to have better team experiences in your LC.
Specific Questionnaire Operational Block
6. Establish 3 strategies to improve the conversion rate of your Applicants into Approvals and lag time in your local entity for the oGV area. 7. Investigate 3 GCPs that are hacking operations on other international committees and explain how you would adapt them to your local entity. 8. Please set your goal (App-Re-CO), for each of the operational areas that your local entity manages and set your execution timeline for the first 6 months, your focus program and your jumper program, remember to consider the customer flow.
