What is Activate 2014? The national Congress Activate 2014 Winter Edition has the purpose of activating on the new generation of leaders to come in AIESEC Guatemala, also to prepare Local Entities for the Fish Peak. This congress is for TLP and TMP, therefore it is expected to be a congress of 100-120 delegates. Hosted by the MC, we invite you to be part of the Organizing Committee that will be part of a new generation of AIESEC Guatemala. Gain experience in Project Management, Team Management, Finance, Logistics and Marketing, while delivering an amazing experience to all AIESEC members in Guatemala. OCP AIESEC in Guatemala Job Description Department: Organizing Committee – Activate 2014 Title of Position: OCVP Logistics Accountable to: OCP, MCVP F&L Type of contract: Part time 10 hours per week Profile • Experience in logistics • Event management skills Main Responsabilities: • Responsible for the management of all matters pertaining where the congress takes place. • Responsible for the transportation before and after the congress • Ensure that the delegates’ logistics (e. g. food) work out well • Responsible for ensuring everything is on time, ex the food, etc during the congress. All extra components logistics of the events: shirts, drinks, souveniers, coffee breaks, parties and control of the delegates behavior.
