From 01 Jan 2016 to 18 Dec 2016, we delivered 955 exchange experiences We received 517 international volunteers to work for roughly 41 social projects targeting at SDG Goal#4 Quality of Education We sent 292 Vietnamese young people overseas (top destinations: Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines) to volunteer for social projects relating to Goal 4, 3, 8, 16 There were 89 international trainees (mostly from Ukraine, Czech Republic, Canada, Russia, Japan) coming to Vietnam and working for companies in Teaching English, IT, Marketing and sales. 57 Vietnamese youth got the opportunity to work for companies overseas. >40% going to Japan, 10% going to Malaysia for Sales and Marketing, others going to Germany, US (Marketing), Holland, Australia (IT)
MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PURPOSE
Enhance professional skills, provide networking opportunities, and work on organizational strategy.
THE HOW
Comprised of seminars, talks, brainstorming sessions and team building exercises, the delegates are given the skills and mindset they need to deliver more leadership experiences and develop a socially-conscious mindset throughout their AIESEC career.
RESULTS
In 2016, national team organized 14 official conferences and seminars for our members. 2 Five-day national Conferences (NATCO) with 210 participants in ILEAD (January 2016) and 199 participants in IGNITE (July 2016) 4 Two-day Regional Conferences (RECO) in both Hanoi and HCM region with a total delegates of 196 in April 2016 and in October 2016 2 Three-day National Planning Meeting (NPM) with involvement of local committee presidents 3 Active Citizens Camps for Social Projects member/ Alumni to be, 3 Train the Trainers for Team Leaders
