What is the NST? The NST (National Support Team) is a body that

directly works with the national office and supports the MC in their operations and strategic projects. It consists of both current AIESEC members and AIESEC alumni who want to directly contribute to the national plenary and work on national initiatives, platforms and projects next to or after their membership experience. The responsibilities are very important for the performance and sustainability of the organization.

National Trainer (x2) Role Description The National Trainers Team (NTT) are responsible for providing training opportunities to AIESEC members, both to AIESECers that want to learn facilitating workshops, trainings, presentations themselves and AIESECers that want to receive trainings. The NTT trainers work together in organizing at least 2 national Train the Trainers conferences and 1 international Train the Trainers conference per calendar year, while also managing AIESEC for The Netherlands’ trainers pool, and coordinating the Training Resource Centre.
Measures of Success (MoS)
Time commitment: 2-5 hrs/w (off-peak), 5-10 hrs/w (pre-TtT peak)

Key Responsibilities
• Organizing National and International TtTs • Managing the AIESEC NL Trainerspool • Contacting AIESEC trainers, assisting trainers in the preparation for trainings, keeping trainers up to date about training possibilities, keeping contact with the AIESEC NL network to link supply and demand of trainings
• Coordinating the Training Resource Centre • Filling outlines of trainings, creating standardized outlines • Improving the quality of TtTs and overall trainer capacity
