Dearest AIESEC for The Netherlands,
Every journey has its destination and so does the “spicy journey” of the 2018-2019 term. The time has come to admire the destination of our generation, which was contributing to a #BIGGER, #BETTER, and #STRONGER AIESEC For The Netherlands; to reward the contributions and to recognize the effort in a night of celebrations of our Gen1819. Striving For Excellence Awards The Striving for Excellence Awards recognise LCs that have shown great results in making AIESEC 4 The Netherlands a BIGGER and BETTER entity. The awards are split into 4 product categories - iGT, oGT, oGE and oGV and Marketing. The MKT award will be based on the following metrics:

Striving For Excellence Awards The Striving for Excellence Awards recognise LCs that have shown great results in making AIESEC FOR The Netherlands BIGGER and BETTER entity. Demonstrating Integrity Award The Demonstrating Integrity Award recognises the LC that has communicated openly and honestly with all stakeholders while ensuring that our actions back up our words, as we fulfil our responsibilities and promises to our membership and customers. Enjoying Participation Award The Enjoying Participation Award recognises the LC that has managed to engage its members the most with AIESEC as an organisation, by creating a dynamic and welcoming environments steering an active and enthusiastic participation of our members .

Living Diversity Award The Living Diversity Award recognises the LC that has interacted and worked with members from other entities, either as a delegate or FACI at national/international conferences, CEEDERship and/or in codelivering cross-cultural leadership experiences through International Relations. The award will be based on the following metrics:

Activating Leadership Award The Activating Leadership Award recognises the LC that has strived to develop the most leadership in the Netherlands this term by steering leadership pipeline and getting more people to join our organization.

Acting Sustainable Award The Acting Sustainably Award recognises the LC that has shown to manage its’ finances to the most optimal usage. This LC takes into account that future generations will be able to provide more leadership experiences. The award will be based on the following metrics:

Bigger The “Bigger” Award recognises the LC that grew in approvals by expanding (within) our markets and increasing our internal and external exposure. Rather than growing also, showed maturity on plan fulfilment. The award will be based on the following metrics:

Stronger The “Stronger” Award recognises the LC that, deliberately took the path for a sustainable growth financially, smartly developed leadership in our membership and was transparent and accountable towards that. Award Ceremony
The award ceremony will take place on Friday the 28th of June after the closing of the National Youth Speak Forum in Rotterdam. Keep the whole night free, it will be worth it! More details will follow, stay tuned!
