Introduction Dear, AIESECer: As an international living and working in Romania for the past 9 months, I can tell you that it is one of the most amazing countries I’ve visited so far, full of smart and talented people, rich culture and interesting history. One of the biggest issues is that the beauty that lies within this country is still unknown, not only to the world but also to the Romanian society. It’s for this reason that AIESEC in Romania has decided to open the position of Video CEEDer, we’re looking forward to showcase those stories of brave Romanians making an impact abroad through our programs and the many reasons there are to visit our country. Working Conditions
MC office + field trips You’ll have a working space in the MC office, and if it’s needed, you’ll be able to travel around the country for work purposes (covered by MC budget)
Traveling to Bucharest
Transportation fully covered for CEEDer coming from European countries or Romania. If you come from any country outside Europe, a 200 euro help will be given for your flight.
Financial help
500 lei per month (120 euros) Should be enough to cover the meals during your time in Bucharest.
Living conditions
MC house During the period of your CEEDership you will be living together with the MC in Bucharest. Big house with 3 floors, 4 bathrooms, super cozy common area and 12 amazing roommates!

Share your knowledge with Romanian MKTers during SprinCo Dates: March 31st - April 3rd Pre-meeting: March 29th & 30th Expenses covered.
Job description Objective
Increase the awareness of AIESEC programs and projects in Romania through the showcasing of our stories and the products we offered. All the material generated during this period of time will be used as part of the recruitment strategy for fruit peak. Educate the MKT members of AIESEC in Romania, develop the skills and knowledge that is necessary for them to generate their own quality content.
Main functions
Create national strategy of video development for our programs, especial focus in Outgoing Global Citizen. Responsible of creating video content for our national campaigns and social media channels. Create script, film, edit and distribute the materials to the LCs. Education cycle for LCs regarding video content creation.
Skills Required
Video creation skills Script writing and storytelling Video editing software: Premier, Final Cut Pro, After Effects(it’s a plus), etc. Knowledge of AIESEC’s programs and brand guidelines. Facilitating skills. Advanced English level
Measures of success

Inside and outside of AIESEC. • Write the story of the most impactful moment in your AIESEC experience. • Create a draft for a testimony video for Global Citizen program. • Analyze at least 2 entities in the AIESEC network with GCPs in video creation and storytelling.
