I am a young architect with an interdisciplinary approach in architecture, planning, design and graphics. Driven by a desire to design better environments for people, I strive to work in strong relation to the context, human scale, ergonomy and sustainability. Most of my professional experience as an architect I have gained at C.F. Møller Architects in Aalborg, Denmark, where I still work on both conceptual and executive projects. During almost 2 years as a full-time employee, I had a chance to actively participate and influence the design process of many different architectural projects, development plans and competitions. My previous experience in many international architecture firms in Paris and Warsaw, as well as my international study path, made me aware of the diversity of architectural approaches and gave the opportunity to understand and adapt to different cultural contexts. he international environment and experiences T made me a socially open, active and positive person, who is always looking forward to new challenges, such as trying different professional opportunities, developing personal projects, starting new hobbies or learning many different languages.

Apart from architecture I have a great interest in drawing and watercolour, as well as graphic design (boardgame design, travel guides, calendars, and others). I have also tried to run my own clothing bussiness in Warsaw. I was involved in creation, fabrication, but also administration of the bussiness.

Housing / Competition

2017 / C.F. Møller Skalborg, Denmark

01/

Client: Calum Range: 16.000m2 / 192 apartments My responsibilities: - Sketching, concept design, 3D model of architecture and landscape according to program and norms - Solving plans and elevations of town houses - Diagrams and graphics, that explain prerequisites, qualities, challenges and solutions - Interior and exterior visualizations

New housing development on the top of Skalborg Hill is considered as the starting point of the area’s urban development. This means the densification of the existing city towards the larger roads, better connections between the residential quarters and a larger variety of housing types. The project, with its approx. 16,000 m2, contains 192 new homes of different types, that both meet the demand for smaller - but well-utilised - homes, and create alternatives to the typical family row houses.

hjørring Housing / Renovation 2017 / C.F. Møller Hjørring, Denmark

02/

Client: Wenbo A/S Range: 5.400 m2 housing, offices, shops My responsibilities: - Different architectural proposals, including form studies and communication with the client - 3D model and design of the final concept - Diagrams and graphics explaining the concept - Presentation material set up - Visualizations The project site is located at the most central square in Hjørring: Springsvandspladsen, and is a part of the new cultural axis, that leads through the city. It was therefore important to make the building an active part of the new urban development along the cultural axis, that brings new activities and participates in life of the central square. The main focus and challenge of the housing project was how to adapt to the historical context, city scale, the spirit of the place and how to tell history of the city. The new building tries to create a link between two existing buildings, that previously were part of yeast factory, but are completely different in style and scale.

03/

Client: A. Engaard A/S Range: 14.000 m2 aparments and service functions My responsibilities: - 3D model of different design proposals - Elavation and ground floor drawings both in conceptual and execution phase - Design of entrances, roof terraces and green houses - Diagrams explaining the project both in conceptual and execution phase - Presentation material set up - Interior and exterior visualizations The new high-rise district on Østre Havn in Aalborg is part of the area described in the local plan as: ”Silobyen” and takes its point of departure in the former industrial harbor’s large silo volumes with a characteristic vertical orientation. At the same time, the overall experience of a rhythmic industrial character with many scale jumps is emphasised by a raw and simple detail expression. The new building volume is designed as two terraced houses, each winding its own way. The common terraces on different floors, allow for social activities and are for the benefit of the entire building.

HATLEHOL Church

2015 / Academic Hatlehol, Norway

04/

Team: B. Sopolińska, I. Ank Jørgensen, J. Wittrup Laursen, K. Bue Jensen, A. Przesmycka My responsibilities: - Concept and form development - Church room interiors and organization - Graphic diagrams and sketches - Interior and exterior vizualisations

The project of a church in Hatlehol, Ålesund in Norway is developped through a performanceaided design process including both acoustical and structural analysis. The aim of the church is to serve as a catalyst and meeting point for the area and its community. The essence of the project is to join profane and sacral functions under one roof, by redefining the focal of a church, so that it accommodates the needs of a modern community. Through analysis of context and reference projects, it is defined that the design of a church should be executed using principles of Nordic architecture, local materials, traditional architecture and a coherence with the surrounding nature.

Views are cut through the volume to frame surrounding nature. Smaller segments are created

18 //

Volume of the church is enlarged to make it stand out

The church room is shaped through parametric and acoustic analysis. The bell tower gets extra height.

Other functions are placed and the church is shaped

Cuts through the volume become corridors. They are covered but stay transparent.

Roofs of other volumes are lifted to create synergy

Augustรณw Footbridge

2016 / Public competition Augustรณw, Poland

05/

Team: D.Strasenburg, A. Przesmycka My responsibilities: - Concept and form development - Plan drawings and graphics - Vizualisations

The project of the new footbrigde in Augustรณw enables better connections and accessibility for both inhabitants and turists in the area. The bridge creates a connection between the river Netta, the lake Necko and Bielnik beach and is accessible for both pedestrians and cyclists. The construction of the project makes use of tensegrity static system. On both ends the bridge end with a ramp, one straight, one spiral around observation tower in order to make bicycle traffic as convenient as possible. Apart from the brigde, all surrounding urban spaces were enriched with some extra activities, like: beach volleyball court, grill, outside kitchen, but also places to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature.

design & Sewing 2010-2019 / Personal & company projects

07/

My focus always goes to all handcrafts and handmade designs, such as sewing and clothes design. The passion for the last two got developped in 2013 into clothing company named after my name: al.p. The company was created against massproduction of clothes and focused on the quality of both production and the final product. It had two main lines: basic, offering user customization of simple elements, such as: type of sleeves, waist, lenght, etc. And a more ready-made line, offering clothes (mainly dresses) for special occations with a strong focus on unique design.
