(01) PAYMENT TERMS: Payment arrangements are required when APR takes the rental order and confirms the date(s) specified. APR requires a minimum 50% deposit on the total balance at this time to confirm the contract. (02) TERMS OF RENTAL AND RETURN: The “Rental Period” for equipment is the period of time beginning on the date and at the time specified as “RESERVED DATE” and ending on the date and at the time specified as “EVENT END DATE.” (03) RESPONSIBILITY FOR EQUIPMENT: Client is responsible for the equipment from the time Client takes possession of the equipment until the equipment is returned to APR. Additionally, Client agrees to assume all risks inherent in the operation and the use of the equipment. (04) ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION POLICY: If Client’s rental order includes equipment, tenting, or special order items, Client must give 30 days advance notice to cancel and/or make changes to this portion of the special order.

(05) INSPECTION/USE OF ITEMS: Client agrees that Client is satisfied with the instructions given by APR for the proper and safe use of the equipment, or that Client is familiar with the equipment and has so informed APR. (06) MALFUNCTIONS: If the equipment should become unsafe or stop functioning properly, Client will notify APR within 30 minutes of occurrence or no refund or allowance will be made.

While Alpine Party Rentals is familiar with hundreds of locations in the Colorado High Country, there are still many areas we are not familiar with. Our knowledgeable sales staff will gladly meet with you at your chosen event venue for a free tent sizing and placement consultation. In addition to wall choices, integrated tent doors, heating and lighting, there are a host of additional options to consider to help make your event picture perfect.

SHOWROOM RESOURCES The Alpine Party Rentals showroom and warehouse are conveniently located in Gypsum, Colorado near the Eagle County Airport. With an extensive display of fine linens, flatware, china, tables, chairs and more, the showroom is open to the public during normal business hours. In order to best serve you, we recommend calling ahead and scheduling a private consultation with our helpful sales staff.

EQUIPMENT INSTRUCTION Although most people do not need instruction on how to sit in a chair, some of our equipment does require explanation.
