Dear Friends, We are pleased to share Habitat for Humanity’s 2012 Annual Report with you! In this report, you will see how “Hope Grows” by building homes, communities and futures. By the end of 2012, we constructed six homes at Stratton Flats in Gypsum and completed our first renovation at the Bluffs in Eagle. Along with Fox Hollow in Edwards, we have three communities in Eagle County that are flourishing. The future looks bright for so many of our 42 families. In 2012, 60% of students in Habitat homes were on the honor roll and four high school seniors matriculated to college. We encourage you to take a few minutes to read their stories. Furthermore, a number of adultsP.O. Box 4149 Avon, CO 81620 www.HabitatVailValley.org have continued their education and improved their personal health. This success is a tribute to our numerous volunteers, donors and partners who make our work possible. Thank you! Moving forward, 2013 will be the final year of our $6M “World of Hope Campaign” to build 75 homes in Eagle County and 75 homes internationally. To date, there are over 60 donors and we’ve raised nearly 60% of our goal. We’ll continue to keep you updated regarding our progress throughout the remainder of the year. Lastly, a donation envelope is included and we ask that you thoughtfully consider a financial contribution. Through your generosity and our collective efforts, Habitat will strive to break the cycle of poverty and create hope for local families. Thank you for your support and commitment to our mission. AS THE NUMBER OF VOLUNTEER HOURS INCREASES AND AS THE MANY WAYS SUPPORTERS SHARE THEIR TIME AND TALENT CONTINUES TO EVOLVE

ocal habitat volunteers contributed over 10,800 hours towards our mission in 2012. We continue to see the most impact in the number of regular volunteers willing to provide a consistent contribution week after week. CONSTRUCTION A group of individuals on the job site, made up of 14 volunteers, spends most of their Wednesdays helping with construction. They enjoy the camaraderie and know they are making a huge difference as they see the tangible results of their efforts at the end of each day. RESTORE & ADMINISTRATIVE Our affiliate also has 15 people serving regular shifts at the ReStore located in Eagle and one administrative volunteer for the Avon office who puts in hundreds of hours each year.
