About 2025 ALPFA Fellowships
The ALPFA Fellowships program brings together high-potential students selected from ALPFA Chapters nationwide. These ALPFA Fellows form teams, or “Pods,” to collaboratively tackle real-life challenges posed by our esteemed partner organizations. The 8-week program includes an orientation and culminates in a presentation of solutions to the partner organization.
Key Program Features
Team Collaboration
ALPFA Fellows work together in Pods, fostering collaboration and diverse perspectives to address complex business or societal issues.
Professional Development
Fellows gain valuable skills, including teamwork, problemsolving, and presentation abilities, essential for their future careers.
Real-World Problem Solving
The program offers hands-on experience, allowing Fellows to apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges chosen by partner organizations.
Stipend
Each selected ALPFA Fellow receives a $2000 scholarship from ALPFA, recognizing their dedication and contribution to the program.
Criteria
To be eligible for ALPFA Fellowships, applicants must meet the following criteria:
ALPFA Student Premium Member.
Full-time, degree-seeking student currently enrolled at a four-year college/university in the U.S. or Puerto Rico.
Enrolled full-time in college/university the semester following the program.
Open to all majors.
Classifications: Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors and rising Seniors
Cumulative Grade Point Average: 2.5 or higher (out of 4.0).
Application must include a resume.
Able to commit 10-15 hours per week to work collaboratively on solving a specific business problem.

To participate in ALPFA Fellowships, become a Premium ALPFA Student member for only $30 a year.
