Why Join The ALPFAmilia? The Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA), formerly known as: The Association of Latino Professional in Finance and Accounting, ALPFA was the first national Latino professional association in the United States, established in 1972 in Los Angeles, CA. ALPFA’s purpose is Connecting Latino Leaders for Impact. ALPFA currently serves more than 81,000 professionals and student members across the country through 44 professional and 160 collegiate chapters.

Student Membership ALPFA expands opportunities for students seeking careers in diverse fields in every sector of the economy. We empower them to develop as leaders through various means including the management of student chapters, delivering quality student programs focusing on professional development, providing access to our nationwide network of professional members and corporate partners, offering access to scholarship programs, and creating opportunities to network with other students.
