Keeping it HOT in New York New Address in the Upper East Side
N
ew York may be experiencing artic weather, but the ongoing spot to keep it HOT is BILBOQUET. Owner Philippe Delgrange opened the original Bilboquet in 1986— known only to those ‘in the know’, the cozy restaurant boasted no signage. The crowds waiting for a table were the only indication that a trendy rendez-vous existed. The secret is no longer- Almost 30 years later, Philippe joined forces with Chef Julien Jouhannaud, formerly of Alain Ducasse— establishing what is clearly the HOTTEST dining spot in New York.
“The address may change, but Philippe doesn’t,” said Maribel Alvarez. Maribel and Philippe Delgrange at Bilboquet, January 2014

The event took place at Links, a private club very much under the radar. “Leave it to Rosey to host an event speak-easy style.” said Bill Randon. For more Rosey Alumni events, visit www.aiar.ch
