ZUMBA® Gold is a series of fitness programs specifically designed to take the exciting Latin and International dance rhythms created in the original ZUMBA® and bring them to the active older adult.
Various health related topics of interest to older adults will be discussed and safe, beneficial, exercises intended to promote general health and fitness for older adults will be introduced. Each class will incorporate information, discussion, and exercises. This class is designed for those with limited physical ability who want exercise and reap the benefits.
Older adult students will learn the practical application, knowledge, and skills required to create knitted, crocheted, needlepoint, and crossstitched hand-made items.
Hands-on introduction to using the internet, browsing the internet, email, newsgroups, entertainment and logging in to essential sites. Learn about etiquette and security.
Join other older adults for a hot meal, socializing and music. Located at Brookhurst Community Center, 2271 W. Crescent, Anaheim, CA, the hot meal program is designed for older adults aged 60 plus. Please note that CampVenture and Adult Sports Leagues have different refund policies. Please see individual program information for details.
Refund fees for RECREATION CLASSES (classes meet 3 or more times) are as follows:
• Request for refund made within 5 days or less before the first class meeting are subject to a 10% withdrawal fee.
• Requests for refund made 24 hours or less prior to the first class meeting are subject to a 15% withdrawal fee.
• Refunds will not be granted after the second class meeting. Refunds must be requested prior to the start of the second class meeting.
Refund fees for RECREATION WORKSHOPS (workshops meet 1-2 times) are as follows:
• Request for refund made within 5 days or less before the workshop begins are subject to a 10% withdrawal fee.
• Requests for refund made 24 hours or less prior to when the workshop begins are subject to a 15% withdrawal fee.
• Refunds will not be granted after the workshop begins.
