BandanaTulachan is an illustrator, author, and designer from Kathmandu, N epal. She holds a Bachelor's in Fine A rts from Kathmandu U niversity Center for A rt and D esign in Graphic Communication.Inspired by the rich culture and nature of her homeland, Bandana?s work in children?s books and comics focuses on presenting authentic narratives that celebrate diversity and representation. Some of her published works include Sangita?s Singing by Libby H athorn published by Pax Press, self authored titles Sanu and the Big Storm published by FinePrint Books and Shanti Beyond the Veil for M ovements and M oments graphics anthology, published by Jaja Verlag, Zubaan Books, and D rawn & Q uarterly She co-founded V irangana Comics Collective, a platform for collaboration between comics artists in N epal, which published an all-women comics anthology titled Self Love
