AS PART OF THE GLOBAL ANALYSIS OF THE LEAD PROGRAM, WE HAVE REALIZED THAT LEAD HAS GENERALLY BECOME A TM “PLUG-IN” IN THE CONFERENCES AGENDAS WHERE SOME PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND/OR SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS ARE DELIVERED. WITHIN THIS SCOPE, LEAD IS (IN THE BEST OF THE CASES) ONLY AN ADDED VALUE TAKING A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF SPACE FROM OUR CONFERENCES THAT COULD BE USED IN A MORE STRATEGIC WAY TO ENHANCE THE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OF OUR MEMBERS AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE SUSTAINABLE GROWTH OF OUR ORGANIZATION. WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT THE EFFORTS PUT INTO DESIGINING AND DELIVERING THE CONFERENCE PAY FORWARD BY HAVING A REAL IMPACT IN THE NETWORK, FOR THAT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE DECISION MAKING POWER OF HOW THE LEAD PROGRAM IS RUN IN THE ENTITIES SO THAT THEY CAN TAKE IT FURTHER.

WHO WILL DELIVER IT? The conference will be co-delivered by members of AIESEC International and The Popcorn Academy. The Popcorn Academy is a network of independent freelancers with a very diverse range of expertise and passions that have worked and/or have been trained directly with/by Dey Dos. Within the framework of the GLC2014, a very qualified selection of The Popcorn Academy members has been put in place to serve the purpose of the conference. Each one of them has a different set of talents and expertise that will make of the conference a place filled with valuable input to take back home.

application form. The confirmation email contains logistic and travel details as well as bank account data for transferring the fee.

the early fee of GLC2014 is 180 euros for payments made until 24 october after that date the fee is 200 euros THIS INCLUDES: •

APPLICATIONS’ DEADLINE 31st october 2014 CANCELLATION CONDITIONS If for any reason it is necessary to cancel your attendance to the conference, the following will apply: • Cancellations more than three weeks before GLC: loss of 50% of the payment made. • Cancellations within three weeks of GLC: full loss of payment made.
