First sit on the pillow on the left and say everything that bothers you. Express clearly all your fears and worries.

Describe stressful situations you feel that you cannot cope. Cry if it is needed.
When you finish moaning, stand up and go to sit on the second pillow.
When you sit on the second pillow bring to your mind what you have said while you were sitting on the first pillow and try to calm yourself by reminding him that you are old enough to face all these fears. Say to yourself that all of these worries were created in a stressful situation that no longer exists.
Feel calm and relaxed as long as you are sitting on the second pillow. You can write down how you felt at the end of this exercise:
