Be able to see is also a magical ability that we tend to take for granted. Most of the time we are surrounded by a whole range of environmental items which do not see in our everyday life!

Find a space at a window where there are sights to be seen outside;

What was the fanciest shape you saw?

What was your favourite pattern to observe?

Look at everything there is to see. Avoid labeling and categorizing what you see outside the window; instead of thinking “car”, "dog" or a "building”, try to notice the colors, the patterns, or the textures;

Which was the most impressive color?

What was your favourite item to observe? Describe it

Step 5

If you become distracted, gently pull your mind away from those thoughts and notice a color or shape again to put you back in the right frame of of this activity

Pay attention to the way the people or the dogs move. Pay attention to the movement of the grass or leaves in the breeze. Notice the many different shapes in cars or buildings. Try to see the world outside the window like someone who sees the world for the first time.
