A partnership with WoodGP promotions will help bring more exposure to the Losail Circuit as we position the facility as a primary destination for riders to train, and practice during the off season in North America. Riders who compete in motorcycle road racing series’ in North America such as the AMA, Canadian Superbilke Championship, WERA, USGPRU, etc require a proper facility to allow them to continue riding throughout the winter, and Qatar is a perfect fit. WoodGP has the team contacts in the North American series’ as well as other championship seres’ around in the United Kindom and Europe which will enable riders and teams to attend and compete in road racing events at the Losasil Circuit, therefore increasing the exposure to the region. This partnership will be a component of a larger program whereby riders coming through the Losail Circuit may find it easier to transition to the world championship ranks based on their combined results in North America and Qatar. Much the same as how the Spanish Championship is a melting pot for young talented riders hoping to reach the world championship level; we feel we can attract riders and teams world wide to compete and participate in all the events at the Losail Circuit from October through to March leading into the annual MotoGP weekend. This program can be initiated in 2014 with WoodGP working hand in hand with a team in North America competing in AMA Pro Racing Series. Providing funding to support a team’s efforts to win a championship in the AMA Pro Racing Supersport class in North America the rider will also compete in the Qatar Superbike Championship bringing awareness to the series in Qatar. The teams involved with this program will also promote the Qatar region as a destination to race throughout the winter and build the international rider base for the Qatar series as well as creating a more consistant international spectator base. As riders compete and succeed in the Qatar Superbike championship, many riders may be closer to making the transtition to riding at the World Championship level through their particiaption at the Losail Circuit. Wood GP Promotional Tools has extensive contacts throughout the two wheeled racing community in North America as well as the Spanish Championship and the United Kingdom. These contacts include but are not limited two:

The plan: work with existing high profile teams to create a program that will have their riders take part in the events at the Losail Circuit in exchange for different sponsorship commitments with their teams. The result: larger grids at the Losail events, more exposure, larger spectators, and more international attention for Qatar as a destination for motorsports professionals to test and train on their way to the world championship. We would like to request a meeting where we can discuss a partnership to bring this renewed presence to the Losail circuit and discuss our detailed program which will have successful riders from around the globe participating in your events.
Sincerely,
