Description: Asst Manager - Finance We are looking for an Asst Manager - Finance who needs to develop the plan and the processes for the financial and accounting procedures for Aditya Interactive and also customers of Aditya Interactive. The ideal person should provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; keeping and executing daily accounting processes.

The Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas relating to accounting functions and financial reporting. This position will be responsible for daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks and activities. The Accounting Manager is also expected to make recommendations to the CEO for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. The Accounting Manager supervises one staff accountant. This position must meet tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should be BA/BS in Accounting or Finance or Business Management with an emphasis in Accounting required;. 5-7 years prior supervisory experience in the accounting/financial reporting areas. Experience working with a BOI company is preferred. The person should be proficient with accounting softwares and MS Office, apart from having strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fastpaced work environment.

Asst Finance Manager Job Responsibilities •

Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

•

Documents financial transactions by entering account information.

•

Provide accounting procedures for multiple companies using BOI as well as non BOI accounting procedures

•

Prepare Social Security, VAT and other taxation issues

•

Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.

•

Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

•

Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.

•

Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

•

Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.

•

Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

•

Secure financial information by completing data base backups.

•

Maintain financial security by following internal controls.

•

Prepare payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

•

Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.

•

Compile with Thai local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

•

Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

•

Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.

•

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
