Description: Social Media Manager We are looking for a Social Media manager who needs to develop the plan and the parameters for the corporate social media strategy for Aditya Interactive and also customers of Aditya Interactive. Social Media accounts are to be updated on daily basis and messaging/ posts should be timely and relevant. Social media tools can be used to schedule tweets/posts to promote the brands to night-owls and clients in different time zones. Dynamic, daily social interactions are needed to be reckoned as a leader or influencer in our line of business and it is important to write interesting articles or blog postings on topics relevant to our company or industry on regular basis. It is vital to track and monitor the effectiveness and success of online initiatives, in order to calculate a return on investment. The ideal candidate should have atleast 2-3 years of social media ‘working’ experience with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Multi-tasking abilities and working under pressure are pre requisites. Managing the social media marketing strategy for Aditya Interactive and Aditya Interactive’s clients; focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, SlideShare. Execution of all social media activities (i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social reach, doing the heavy lifting, etc) for Aditya Interactive and Aditya Interactive’s clients Communicating in a professional, but unique social media “voice” for each client; directly aligned with the clients’ thought leadership and content platform. Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target buyers to client sites and generate leads for our clients. Spending hours on LinkedIn every day engaging with our clients’ target audiences by sharing content, finding ways to grow LinkedIn company follower ship, and improve overall engagement with our clients’ LinkedIn Company Pages. Staying ahead of the curve in leveraging LinkedIn as a professional social media network and as a content hub, such as leveraging LinkedIn Signal to understand influential content that is shared and the people who are sharing them. Tweeting at least 30 – 50 times a day while engaging influencers to increase the follower ship of our clients’ social media profiles; receiving multiple mentions and retweets in the process. Posting several Facebook posts each day and finding new ways to leverage Facebook for professional and business purposes. Building a strong presence on Google+ for each client, making the most of SEO tricks to help our clients get ahead. Implementing Social Media SEO tactics aligned with our clients’ keyword and SEO strategies. Working with other social media tools. Develop and write several interesting blog posts a month about business startups and marketing targeting B2B audience. Also identify and develop blog posts and other materials, relevant to our industry. Conduct competitive analysis studies on client competitors, including digital footprint analysis. Encourage and thank individuals for positive feedback, and try to appease any unhappy customers. Social media campaigns are things like e-coupons, promo codes or the chance of winning a prize for “Liking” a company on Facebook. Social media managers should develop these ideas and bring them to fruition. Use Twitter Counter, Google Analytics and other tools to measure clickthroughs and measure traffic activity. Actively engage in industry conferences, chats, blogs, wikis, video sharing, etc to promote corporate messaging and increase brand awareness, which will drive brand traffic to company website.
