Description: Marketing Co-ordinator We are looking for a Marketing Co-ordinator who would co-ordinate all marketing activities of the company and help the sales team to achieve their targets. The activities may include research, advertising, direct mailing, printing, customer events, and trade shows Coordinates and assists with the marketing activities of a product or business line which may include advertising, direct mailing, printing, customer events, and trade shows. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in PR, Mass communication or advertising with at least 2-3 years of working experience and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Should be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of business environment. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Multi-tasking abilities and working under pressure are pre requisites. Salary would be at par with industry standards, keeping in mind the experience of the candidate. Marketing Co-ordinator Job Responsibilities •

Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.

Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.

Supporting the sales team with lead generation through research and tele marketing

Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

Responsible for making promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with various people / vendors

Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.

Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.

Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.

Build and maintain marketing lists and contacts

Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.

Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
