You now have applicants and ready for the selection process. The next step is, how do you ensure that you recruit the right people in the right place and in the right time through doing membership selection? Congratulations! You now have people that is ready to undergo Management Trainee program. But within the first 10 days of their AIESEC experience, you must onboard them into organization through talent onboarding. How talent onboarding works? The people you recruited has officially become your Management Trainee. You now must do one of the most challenging part in managing them, which are engage and retaining them through implementing Team Standard. Start from Talent Planning First thing , you have to know what kind of people are you recruiting ? Exercise – aiesec membership experience, ask to the members to write down their 1st experinec in aiesec what something different from them. Exercise – best Talent, interview 10 top members in our entity, find out the common behaviour Exercise –member persona, is a semi fictional representation of your ideal member. Market Analysis Conduct market analysis, we have to do a research. Understand of our market of competition and understand the jobs the youth want to get down, the pains and gains. EP, because i have Exchange Background and i little bit understand about OGV throgh when i was exchange by observe my Previous EPM in 2016/2017 term Performance, so when i applied for Manager i have little bit insight about that and also i was an EP Promotor for increase Our Product so that my experience can benefit my LC. XDP Manager, i continue my journey in AIESEC because i'm not satisfying being EP, my XDP Manager experirnce is automaticly being Participated for fulfill my LC Goals through OGV and also i maintain EP to become Promotor in order to increase our Brand Advocay. aiesec 2020 is mean to me that, same as statement of AIESEC 2020 that Shapping what we do around what the world Needs, it's mean to me that i need to being aware of Global and local issues, i need to act quickly to respon them by offering powerful leadership experience. i collaborate with like-minded organization that, like us, strive for better world. through this, we take a part in global and local decision making processes. Open, Open is the Stage that Costmer or Stranger approach our product Apply, when EP already Know what Country and Project they want to Choose and then they fill the data and submit it to Opp related and waited Accepted, when EP had been apply and waited contacted by Opp provider to had been interviewed with IGV Opp Provider and if EP' declared already pass, those EP on Accepted Status. Approve, When EP had been declared Accepted by Opp Provider and their already MoU and Fill LDA, the EPM and the Matching team of host entity will change the status intoo Approve and the EPs Prepare the Preparation while the EPM or OGV team disscuss about SNS with Host Entity.
