 As Executive Board of this entity, you are managing talent in your entity and make decisions related to them. We called this the role of talent management, which aim to make people decisions. Explain what are those people decisions? GET Recruiment, Selection, induction.  Membership planning, membership Planning is about Planning for the membership need oy my entity based on your pipeline, stretegy, jobs/operations that need to be done and the culture you want to build. it is not just a process you complete every recruitment. it is an ongoing process of membership review and planning that needs to happen every Month.  Talent marketing, 1. figuring what members AIESEC needs to Operate in my Entity, 2. what is the value proposition of AIESEC membership that can connect both, 3. Figuring what youth in my Entity what and need.  Membership selection, a.k.a Reqcruitment member, there are 3 Process Talent plan & Promotion, Online Application, Intervie and assessment center  Induction, Get to know , including Local Conferences, National Conference, KEEP : Engagement, Retention & The Team Standard  Team standard, Building (introduction, Plan, Personal Goal Setting), Performance (Regular Team Meeting,Regular one on one, Tea, Day), Closing (Report, Transition, Debrief).  Engagement, if there's a member have a commitment in AIESEC or they have same vision with AIESEC  Retention, member who Hold out their Position. DEVELOP: Education, Leadership, Development  Leadership development, how the team leader build the member leadership Potential  Capacity building/Learning and development , how the team leader build insight


ď ś Membership planning is about planning for the membership needs of your entity based on your pipeline, strategy, jobs/operations that need to be done and the culture you want to build. But it is not just a process that you complete every recruitment. It is an ongoing process of membership review and planning that needs to happen every month. Explain how membership planning works! There are 3 steps : 1. The Review -> LCVP have Membership Review (Talent Planning Worksheet) and have created lcvp goals for the member that lcvp wants, how many, what type and what they will be doing and the culture they Live in. 2. The Pool -> LCVP have a goals for lcvp's membership and selected and reqcruited the best from the pool that available to lcvp 3. Talent Marketing -> this step to find GTCM (Goal Target, Channel, Message, modelcommonly used in marketing tactics to help you create your Talent Marketing plan.The approach is to combine 1) the need from AIESEC, 2) the need of the students (market need) and 3) what AIESEC can offer. ---------->>

After completing membership planning, entity has known how many people required per function and talent pool data of your entity. Then the next thing to do is to attract your pool through doing talent marketing. How do you attract your pool through doing talent marketing? First thing , you have to know what kind of people are you recruiting ? Exercise – aiesec membership experience, ask to the members to write down their 1st experinec in aiesec what something different from them. Exercise – best Talent, interview 10 top members in our entity, find out the common behaviour Exercise –member personal, is a semi fictional representation of your ideal member. Market Analysis Conduct market analysis, we have to do a research. Understand of our market of competition and understand the jobs the youth want to get down, the pains and gains. How do I package aiesec membership ? After we know all of those things. We already understand how to package our membership


You now have applicants and ready for the selection process. The next step is, how do you ensure that you recruit the right people in the right place and in the right time through doing membership selection?

The process that we need to do are:  Talent plan and promotion We need to choose what works for our mate. We have to prpared our team for selection through, interviewing, asking question/probing, reading body language and making evaluation or assesment.  Online application We should ensure that we are retaining all our sign ups in our CRM for future talent pool.  Interview Do a personal interview explain about the task that we given  Assesment center Selection based on the leadership qualities


ď ś Congratulations! You now have people that is ready to undergo Management Trainee program. But within the first 10 days of their AIESEC experience, you must onboard them into organization through talent onboarding. How talent onboarding works? Talent onboarding are Team Leader responsibilities, Each Team leaders responsible to ensure that their members feel welcomed, confident, excited, and energized within their new environment. Talent onboarding involve: -Special lunch/Coffer with your team members, follow up chat from induction -Giving them real work -Connect them with a peer buddy -Help them build a social network -Get to know the team -Bring up the AIESEC Value and LDM in conversation -Follow up induction day with a personal talk -Building team standards


 The people you recruited has officially become your Management Trainee. You now must do one of the most challenging part in managing them, which are engage and retaining them through implementing Team Standard. Explain about Team Standard and how do you achieve 100% implementation of Team Standard? Team Standard are used as a guide for team leaders to create good team experiences, that is team minimum were the minimum expectations that team leaders had to deliver. Team Standard being implemented 100% when team leaders goes through all the phases as a team, which is there are 3 phases that team should goes through  Building (Introduction, Plan, PGS)  Performing (Regular Team Meeting, Regular One to One, Team Days)  Closing (Report, Transition, Debrief) All that 3 phases should being implemented 100% then all team standard can be fulfilled.


After you succeed to engage and retain your trainee, the other most challenging part is that you must build their capacity to achieve organization’s goal through implementing Learning and Development program. Explain about Learning and Development Program and how do you achieve 100% implementation of Learning & Development program? Learning & Development is a tool to build connection between organizational needs and personal needs to boost performance. LnD talking about knowledge, skills, and attitude of its member. The way how we achieve 100% implementation of LnD program are  Delivering a value based-learning framework, which are learning (hard skill and operational knowledge) and LEAD (soft skill and leadership) Tests for knowledge, skills and attitude to each newie, junior, and senior member We have to optimize the learning process Membership education You almost did whole talent management process, now how do you ensure the ultimate goal of AIESEC which is leadership development of your member can successfully happen? We already learn about team standard, there are build, performing, closing. At the beginning, we know how’s the importance of building personal goals setting and planning. So we have the tools to scale have we develop our member or not yet? We need to do every single part of team standard itself as the key to make leadership happen.


We have people analytics every quarter to monitor, analyze and improve your member and organization.  What are the things that included into people analytic? Who are our member? (major and functional), do our member believe in our product?, member satisfied of AIESEC experience and understand their role in AIESEC, how is our leadership?, performance of team standard, NPS, LDA.  How people analytic works? Analyze the whole talent management process for improvement, member development and better alignment to strategic management and organizational goal.  How do you successfully implement people analytic every quarter to improve your member and organization? We have to make sure: 1. Measuring GET, DEVELOP, and KEEP the Leadership in our Entity 2. collecting the right kind of DATA, to make the right decision What are the measurements (LAG and LEAD measure) of talent management? LAG: Productivity, Retention rate, NPS and Leadership development LEAD measure: Team standard implementation, LDA, LnD implementation, Monthly RnR, and HR fulfillment on time based on profiling

 What is driving you to continue your journey as Local Committee Vice President? I just still thinking that my journey is not enough yet.  What is your personal SWOT? How you optimize your strengths and overcome your weakness? How can you implement your strength to your LC needs? How can you implement your strength to your EB dynamic? Strength: Passionate, Flexible, Value Harmony, Open Minded Weakness: Rarely take initiative, Hard to handle Data, Avoiding Conflict, Loners, Deadliner Opportunity: Happy to work with, Always open with new idea, Enjoying Participant Threat: Poor Conflict Management, Hard to teach How I optimize my strength? I always do something based on my strength, for my weakness I still try to overcome it, that’s why I take the opportunity to high role as EB How my strength can be implemented in LC needs and EB Dynamic, I would always try to support entity with my ability and always be a part of team.


ď ś What is your ultimate goal in life? What are your SMART Goals in 3,5,10, and 15 years from now? in 5-10 years I want to explore my self, and found my self doing the things that I really enjoy, what things? I still looking for that, its not specific yet? Okay, this is the example. I want to work in social organization or marketing company, but I doesn’t want to have a high rank, I just want to explore my self since I still being a youth. ď ś What was your greatest achievement in your life? Why you choose that as your greatest achievement? How was your effort behind the achievement? When I can give the best version of me in order to do something or maybe help someone that valuable to me. When I am in vocational high school is a time when I think I already found my passion, I always give my best to do any task that given to me, I became a class president for 3 years, and have the highest rank in my class for 3 years

But at that time also I learn that your score on the paper is not something worth of effort, yes it is important, but the most important thing when you educate yourself is how you understand the learning value from that knowledge, how you implement your knowledge in your daily life and how you get the best experience through your knowledge. Compared to that, score on that paper are just complementary

Environment Be aware about what you used and where is come from, reduce the use of plastic, throw garbage in its place. Teamwork Always put your best effort in a team, do your job in order to achieve team goals, and make a good synergy with your teammate ď ś Who is your leadership role model? Please tell what and why you admire the most from him/her? My mom & dad, what I admire from them is how they handle their job and member, my parents have a educational foundation in my city, and they always give their best to educate all their student and make all the teacher know why they need to give the best knowledge for the student, my parents wholeheartedly create a good culture for all the teacher so teacher can give their best effort to educate the student. They Value that knowledge are just not enough to be a good human being, but attitude and identity as a person are also fundamental things that should be implemented in everyones life.


 What was your greatest failure in your life? What was the biggest learning you got from it? When I’m not serious to do something that I choose for myself, the most recent is when I fail to give the best effort in my major for the last semester. The biggest learning from that kind of failure is, its really not worth and disappointing when you not taking your choice seriously.  Summarize your MBTI test result and correlate to yourself! My personality is INFP-T, the mediator. Mediator perceived as calm, reserved, or even shy. When deciding how to move forward, they will look to honor, beauty, morality and virtue. Mediators are led by the purity of their intent, not reward and punishment. Mediators will focus their attention on just a few people, a single worthy cause – spread too thinly, they’ll run out of energy, and even become dejected and overwhelmed by all the bad in the world that they can’t fix. Mediators often drift into deep thought, enjoying contemplating the hypothetical and the philosophical. Left unchecked, Mediators may start to lose touch, withdrawing into “hermit mode”, and it can take a great deal of energy from their friends or partner to bring them back to the real world. Luckily, like the flowers in spring, Mediator’s affection, creativity, altruism and idealism will always come back.

A Person Life 15 August 1997, a boy was born. Since a baby, he already being an adventurer, he sail from one island to other island. Now he is 6 years old, and get into elementary school, he change school three times because his parents job, he asked to following many contest by his parents, he goes to another city to join many kinds of contest. Ahh.. He get into junior high school, but, he being bullied by his classmates, then he often absent from class, playing with his friends outside school. In his vocational high school life, he became a geek‌. Just that, nothing more Now he get into universities, he trying to explore many things to find his true passion. Finally, he found his true companion, they going to many places together, they just following their life in harmony He died

Brand IM  How can AIESEC be perceived, recognized, and positioned, as a youth leadership organization that can bring every single experience to who has been involved? It start with this term brand advocacy, how we make our optimize and make our EP’s feel the best experience through our product, but our brand advocacy for this term would just make a good testimony for our product as an exchange volunteering program, we still need to make the values behind our exchange program goes to our customer That’s why we need to utilize our media partner, make an activities in internal campus that shown AIESEC in UMM as a leadership organization, how? We would package every activities that we do based on LDQ


Brand IM  Please explain what is the current and the last brand that AIESEC UMM already have in last term, which is from 15/16 till 17/18? do you think that you want to change the current brand that already bring by last EB? AIESEC in UMM brand positioning in 15/16 known as an International Organization, when you join AIESEC it means you would have an International Networking, have many “Bule” friend, you are fluent in English. In 17/18 we try to change that perception, we want to make AIESEC in UMM known as a leadership organization, so we start to bring leadership values when we recruit our new member, but when our GV program growth and start being known in Campus, there are possibilities if people would think AIESEC just as an exchange organization, and our value as leadership organization would not be known. That’s why we should emphasize our brand positioning in campus as leadership organization either through Physical event and virtual, so, then we can deliver our leadership value more clearly to our customer

That’s why we want to create brand image AIESEC in UMM for the next term as Leadership Organization


Brand IM  What will be your main activity to increase the brand image of AIESEC in UMM? Brand Image focus, we will make our project and product based on this brand, before our product, we need to make our brand be known especially on Campus

When people heard about AIESEC, they will think about leadership, they will think we are an organization that develop youth.  What will be your contribution as VP Brand IM to increase brand awareness of AIESEC in UMM 17/18? Because BRAND/IM would be our brand guardian in AIESEC UMM, we should make sure anything goes to external would have leadership values as their packaging, for doing that, first we should make sure all of our member understand AIESEC as leadership organization and what kind of leadership that AIESEC offer, that’s why Brand/IM would have synergy with other department so we can make sure AIESEC in UMM brand image would be create. For External, We would give an education for all Content Creator in AIESEC UMM, so we would have content identity that align with our brand.


Brand IM  What will be your concern for Digital Marketing to boost product knowledge in our customer (content consistency) We would highlight each content, each of our content just have one meaning, so our customer would not be misleading with the message of our content.

We would maximizing all social media features  How will you manage social media area to boost the brand of AIESEC UMM? We would have content identity that align with our brand image, that’s why we should have an education for all content creator in AIESEC UMM, about what kind of things that should included into their content.
