After completing membership planning, entity has known how many people required per function and talent pool data of your entity. Then the next thing to do is to attract your pool through doing talent marketing. How do you attract your pool through doing talent marketing? Start from Talent Planning First thing , you have to know what kind of people are you recruiting ? Exercise – aiesec membership experience, ask to the members to write down their 1st experinec in aiesec what something different from them. Exercise – best Talent, interview 10 top members in our entity, find out the common behaviour Exercise –member persona, is a semi fictional representation of your ideal member. Market Analysis Conduct market analysis, we have to do a research. Understand of our market of competition and understand the jobs the youth want to get down, the pains and gains. How do I package aiesec membership ? After we know all of those things. We already understand how to package
ď śYou now have applicants and ready for the selection process. The next step is, how do you ensure that you recruit the right people in the right place and in the right time through doing membership selection? The process that we need to do are Talent plan and promotion We need tp choose what works for our mate. We have to prpared our team for selection through, interviewing, asking question/probing, reading body language and making evaluation or assesment. Online application We should ensure that we are retaining all our sign ups in our CRM for future talent pool. ď śCongratulations! You now have people that is ready to undergo Management Trainee program. But within the first 10 days of their AIESEC experience, you must onboard them into organization through talent onboarding. How talent onboarding works? Talent onboarding are Team Leader responsibilities, Each Team leaders responsible to ensure that their members feel welcomed, confident, excited, and energized within their new environment. Talent onboarding involve: -Special lunch/Coffer with your team members, follow up chat from induction -Giving them real work -Connect them with a peer buddy -Help them build a social network -Get to know the team -Bring up the AIESEC Value and LDM in conversation -Follow up induction day with a personal talk -Building team standards

After you succeed to engage and retain your trainee, the other most challenging part is that you must build their capacity to achieve organization’s goal through implementing Learning and Development program. Learning and development is a tool to build connection between organizational needs and personal needs to boost perfomance. LnD talking about knowledge, skills, and attitudes of its member. The way how to achieve 100% implementation of LnD program are: • Delivering a value based on learning framework which are (hard skill and operational knowledge) and LEAD (sof skill and leadership) • Tests for knowledge, skill and attitude to each newie,junior and senior member • We have to optimize the learning process • Membership education
ď śYou almost did whole talent management process, now how do you ensure the ultimate goal of AIESEC which is leadership development of your member can successfully happen? We already learn about team standard which are, build, perfoming, closing. At the beginning we know how was the importance of building personal goals, setting and planning. So we have the tools to scale , we develop our
member or not yet ? We need to complete every single part of team standard itself, it as the key to make leadership happen.

What are the things that included into people analytic? Who are our member? The woman named Puspa Pratiwi was born On October 14th, 1997 in Padang. A simple woman who has a lot of dreams in life. I live with a warm and happy family. My early childhood was a typical middle class environment. Life to me means family, friends and carrier. After graduated from high school I decided to continue my study in other city. Live far with family is hard at that time but a lot of things that I got through living alone. I am also determined and vigorous individual. I encourage fighting for what you desire and believe in and do it through God because nothing comes easy and with God everything is possible. Motivated by my love for learning I ’ society. With definitive goal of becoming an Extraordinary Teacher. Through my passion for teaching, delivery the knowledge and make my students smart and finally found their passion is enough for me. In that time my english ,I ’ english , I’ .F , I survive with a lot of challenge. It was my first role in aiesec. Benefit to my LC. I already know how to communicate with other people. S , I ’ differences. OCP of HANDOVER As a leader for 5 people and handle this event was really interesting. In that time we did not do operational or still disbanded. My OC was survive with this event because of unclear timeline, we did not get a place, less of audience numbers. Kak ivan was really helpful. He guide from the beginning till the end. A lot of thing that I learned from him, as ’ implement as a servant leader.

Based on my experience, LDA is the key to asses our Leadership Qualities. From the very first interaction with member we have set the expectation that AIESEC is providing a leadership development experience for them, so we need to make sure they get best value from our experience. By using this tool we can know our personality before and after taking the experience, our leadership development, the solution oriented path level and etc.

Is our ambition and purpose to make a better aiesec. Learning from the past is the best teacher. Shaping what we do around what the world needs, growing disruptively, and being assessable to everyone everywhere. By those things can unite our actions and make sure that we are collaborative and supportive global network. With this position I will contribute to help many people who want to develop theirself through cross cultural exchange. Make sure they wil get a great experience after exchange. Afterwards, they will share what they already got for people around them. It also increase they awareness of world needs. As we know shaping what we do around what the world needs is one of the goals of aiesec 2020.
ď śWhat is the top 3 needs of (your city/university)? How can AIESEC contribute to answer those needs? Please be specific with action step and measurement of success! Self Awareness Student in UMM less of their environment. For example there is a lot of trash in the canteen although there are trash can in that place. So, AIESEC will give the contribution with IGV project that concern of SDGs number 15. Living Diversity a lot of student that always judge others. In that case, they do not accept the differences. By OGV program we can help them to have cross cultural understanding. Activating Leadership I think in UMM less essence of leadership. In fact, they always blame each other. Do not aware with their responsibility as a student.

By this program I’ve to give my best version of myself to our make costumer dsatisfy , create high quality of EP, and make them believe with aiesec is the only organization that provide self development to anyone. In the beginning of the term, I will held a meeting give the legality knowledge by delivering the template and any kind of audit checkilst to OGV member. In every one month I will do a simulation OGV audit after that give them feedback, for those who complete the checklist will get a reward. In this contexct I’ll ask the finance to help me deliver the legality knowledge. So, it decrease miss understanding during the operational. Afterwards, there will be one folderin google drive to collect all the ogv data. Also, every member should fill the data tracking to know about the letter that they already done.
