After completing membership planning, entity has known how many people required per function and talent pool data of your entity. Then the next thing to do is to attract your pool through doing talent marketing. How do you attract your pool through doing talent marketing? Start from Talent Planning First thing , you have to know what kind of people are you recruiting ? Exercise – aiesec membership experience, ask to the members to write down their 1st experinec in aiesec what something different from them. Exercise – best Talent, interview 10 top members in our entity, find out the common behaviour Exercise –member persona, is a semi fictional representation of your ideal member. Market Analysis Conduct market analysis, we have to do a research. Understand of our market of competition and understand the jobs the youth want to get down, the pains and gains. How do I package aiesec membership ? After we know all of those things. We already understand how to package our membership

The next step is, how do you ensure that you recruit the right people in the right place and in the right time through doing membership selection? Membership Selection The process that we need to do are - Talent plan and promotion We need tp choose what works for our mate. You now must do one of the most challenging part in managing them, which are engage and retaining them through implementing Team Standard. Explain about Team Standard and how do you achieve 100% implementation of Team Standard? Team standard are used as a guide for a team leaders to create good team experiences, that is team minimum were the minimum expectations that team leader had to deliver. Team standard being implemented 100% when team leaders goes through all the phases as a team, which are: - Building (introduction, plan, PGS) - Performing (regular team meeting, regular one to one, team days) - Closing (report, transition, de brief) All those 3 phases should be implemented 100% then all of team standard can be fulfilled.
After you succeed to engage and retain your trainee, the other most challenging part is that you must build their capacity to achieve organization’s goal through implementing Learning and Development program. Explain about Learning and Development Program and how do you achieve 100% implementation of Learning & Development program? Learning and Development is a tool to build connection between organizational needs and personal needs to boost performance. LnD talking about knowledge, skills, and attitude of its member. The way how to achieve 100% implementation of LnD program are: - Delivering a value based-learning framework which are learning (hard skill and operational knowledge) and LEAD (soft skill and leadership) - Tests for knowledge, skills and attitude to each newie, junior and senior member - We have to optimize the learning process - Membership education You almost did whole talent management process, now how do you ensure the ultimate goal of AIESEC which is leadership development of your member can successfully happen? we already learn about team strandard, there are build, perfoming, closing. At the begining, we know how’s the importance of building personal goals setting and planning. So we have the tools to scale have we develop our member or not yet? We need to do every single part of team standard itself as the key to make leadership happen.

What is driving you to continue your journey as Local Committee Vice President? There are so many things that I’ve learn by being a staff and manager, but it doesn’t enough for me because I want to more explore about myself, find my passion and give that I got to other people. It challenge me to develop myself how to living diversity and build a good team with the best experience for them. My dream is I want to see some people growing to be better and I’m being a part of it. I believe that LCVP journey will give me a power to achieve my dreams here.
What is your personal SWOT? How you optimize your strengths and overcome your weakness? How can you implement your strength to your LC needs? How can you implement your strength to your EB dynamic? S: I’m full of commitment and practical person. I easily find the reason why I have to try something. I’d love to learn and survive even I don’t know how it works before but I just keep myself to do it. W: I’m not a long-term planner even more in detail, I rarely make a plan at least just for a week. And I’m lack of confidence to do something new in front of people who have more experiences than me.
O: I’m in the right place to learn and develop myself include the people who full of trust, dedication, integrity inside it. So here, I won’t to make it trifle away by taking experiences as much as I can. T: A lot of people with difference personality because I’m not used to handle a situation like this and in the next term is my sixth semester of college which is the most hectic time.
What is your personal SWOT? How you optimize your strengths and overcome your weakness? How can you implement your strength to your LC needs? How can you implement your strength to your EB dynamic? To overcome my weakness, I’m a person who prefer to learning by doing so I can approach my team mate or my team leader to educate me about how to make a plan and I’m as a practical person, everything can be improved by doing something as much as I can to develop a self-confidence. To implement my strength to my EB dynamic is when we face such a big problem, we only can fix it with our commitment to stay and finding the solution together. If not, we will easily lose the essence and didn’t do anything for our entity.
What is your value? Tell us 3 about that my top 3 value are sincerity, commitment, and exploration Sincerity, a result without sincerity will not be maximal and I believe that people will trust me if I do something with seriousness and honest. Commitment, through commitment we will dedicated our time and energy for our activity wisely no matter how’s the condition. Exploration, I always try to find what I am, what I want to be and what I can give so I have to do self-exploration in every important things. Who is your leadership role model? Please tell what and why you admire the most from him/her? my leadership role model is Jack Ma. First, being a rich person he never thought that what’s he got isn’t his own but the trust from the society. He believes in young people as our generations by giving them an empowerment. He is the one person who never give up in his life. He teach us how giving up is the greatest failure and everyone still have a chance for something that they want to achieve, you just need to working hard and don’t complain.

SMART GOALS IN 3 YEARS In 2020, as a fresh graudate i will go to start up company, giving more about what i’ve learn in the college by looking for every opportunities and push my skills. SMART GOALS IN 5 YEARS In 2022, i want to build at least one start-up company of my own with my friends who have the same goals with me by taking much knowledges when i working for others.
SMART GOALS IN 10 YEARS In 2027, i will expand my only one start-up company to being a social business by utilize every capable young people and create action for a cause that I care about. SMART GOALS IN 15 YEARS In 2032, i will dedicate my life for my family and let someone handling my social business wisely by looking for trusted person who have commitment there.
What was your greatest achievement in your life? Why you choose that as your greatest achievement? How was your effort behind the achievement? =my greatest achievement is when I was elected as a manager in AIESEC. I just can’t believe, me as a very pessimistic person, have no organization experience before, but there were some person who gave me a trust in the position. Personally, my effort is I try to prepare mental building to break my limitation and coaching to vp related, get to know more about the position itself and tell them what I worried about. What was your greatest failure in your life? What was the biggest learning you got from it? =My greatest failure is when I run away from a problem and try to don’t care about it. Which is in the end, it makes a worse circumstance that have a significant impact on my family life. Something that I have learn from this failure is about I have to face any problem wisely and think twice for the long-term impact not just for myself but the others too.
Summarize your MBTI test result and correlate to yourself! =ESFP-A (Entertainer) Extraverted: Actually, I’m being expressive with some people only if when I already feel comfortable to interacting in their surroundings. I’m a person who like to engage external environment, and I’m feeling enjoy to push the l imits which is to challenge my weakness by my own way. Observant: I prefer to do practical and utilize everything around me than do by a theoretical. I most likely to experiencing directly based on facts, tools and concrete objects. Feeling: Mostly, I’m using my heart to decide on things. I prefer to working in a team than competing. I often can’t control my emotional and feeling guilty when I made some mistakes by myself. Prospecting: I’m more flexible when facing a challenge and I going with the flow than a plans I’d love to join in some opportunity that I believe it will be impactful. Assertive: I’m not stuck about what happen in the past. What have been done is done, I just try to do more and be more than right now. I confident with my abilities to do challenging activity.

Create a synopsis consist with Opening, Main and Closing part. = what i will be written on my life biography are about what i’ve learn and what’s my struggle to achieve something so i’ll named it what i have been done.. First, i will intriduce myself like what kind of me as a person before, what’s my strength and weakness, what i’ve worried and afraid about something. Then, i will well about what’s change me, my mind, my personality like what happen and why it can make me better then before to got my achievements. In the end, i will talk about the benefit itself and how it really worth for me and others too.

In Aiesen 2020 give us more knowledge about The AIESEC way, A2020 Creation, A2020 Strategy, A2020 Global Timeline, Roadmap Implementation Methodology, AIESEC Experience refershment process. The things that we can do are implementing what’s in roadmap 17.18., and understand foundational projects. What is the top 3 needs of (your city/university)? How can AIESEC contribute to answer those needs? Please be specific with action step and measurement of success! = 1) in my university, there are so many people who have capability on financial but without a right mindset to invest for their own development. We are as an aiesecer needs to open mind some people/student like that through our main progam.
