Donald E. “Willie” Seefeldt formerly of N. Collins and Medina, NY, a proud WWII Normandy Veteran, passed away, June 1, 2023. Don married in France, returned home and had 3 children and would marry 3 more times with a total of 10 children and a step daughter. He was the loving father of Diane LaSpada, Deborah Holser, Dawn (Gordon) Edwards, Penny (Steven) Favale, Tina (BR) Latimore, Cheryl (Rob) Rychlik, Christopher Seefeldt step father of Karen Duerr, and the late William “Jay” Seefeldt, Jacqueline Williams and Tammy Jean Seefeldt. Brother of Nancy Pena. Also survived by many grand, great grand children, nieces and nephews. During his military service, he earned the rank of corporal in the US Army, served in the 4th Infantry Division and participated in the Allied Forces D-day Invasion of Normandy. Mr. Seefeldt was awarded WWII Victory Medal, European African Middle Eastern Campaign, the Bronze Star, Army Good Conduct, Army of Occupation, Jubilee of Liberty, NY Conspicuous Service, Combat Inf. Badge and the French Legion Medal of Honor. Don was a charter member of the Eden VFW Post 8265 and a Life Time member of Newell –Faulkner American Post 880, a member of Lake Shore Fire Company Sportsman’s Club and participated in the “Teach me to Fish” Program. Arrangements by the Addison Funeral Home, Inc. Flowers gratefully accepted, or donations may be made to the Eden VFW Post 880.
Loretta A. DeMarie (nee Justinger) of Derby, passed away Friday June 2, 2023, in Hospice Buffalo Inc., she was 95. Beloved wife of the late Joseph DeMarie. Cherished mother of Rita “Dee” (Richard) Cooper, Annette Rose (Randall Raab), Nancy (Alan) Truver and the late Daniel (Trisha) DeMarie. Foster mother of Robert Reilly. Also survived by 7 grand, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild. While raising her family she also worked as a bookkeeper for various companies and helped her husband operate his jewelry Store in the Ellicott Square Building. Sharing her musical talents, she served as organist for St. Vincent De Paul Church in N. Evans for many years. Along with Joe, the volunteered as Directors of the Baker Victory Guys and Gals Marching Unit. They also served by volunteering at Operation Good Neighbor, where she served as Treasurer and Grant Writer. All who knew Loretta admired her beautiful gardens over the years. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 11, 2023 at 10:30AM in Holy Spirit Church, North Collins, NY. A celebration of Loretta's life will be held Saturday August 12, 20-23 (Her birthday) at the Cooper residence, N. Collins, NY. Arrangements by the Addison Funeral Home, Inc.

New and exciting programming has been added to both Clubhouses, increasing the retention of our members daily attendance and enticing past members to rejoin We have implemented a new staff training program to ensure both sites are safe and fun
Our organization is coming out of the pandemic strong Numbers are rebounding as more than 200 youth are entering a safe, positive space every single day While annual memberships are down from pre-pandemic, the numbers continue to rise and, even more importantly, more of those members are coming every day. Members are back to being excited and engaged!
