Brant Summer Festival Parade Judges of 2022
The first parade began at Perry and Commercial Streets in Farnham (alongside of St. Anthony’s Church) and finished at the Lonesome Pine Riding Stable Arena. More than a few Farnham residents emerged from their homes to watch the parade travel along its route. (We believe the last parade in Farnham was five years ago; held during 2017 to celebrate the 125th Anniversary of Farnham.) The second parade began shortly following the first, with a starting point of Hammond Road and Rt. 249, heading towards and into the Brant Town Park. Festival goers lined the roadway as the parade traveled in and throughout the main festival area of the park. During the Farnham Parade, the judges were set up at the Farnham Fire Hall, and for the Brant Parade, they were set up just in side the Brant Park near the pool area. We will have more on the judge’s winning selections in upcoming articles. Their time and efforts were most certainly appreciated! Contributed by the Brant–Summer Festival Committee
