The MHCSD Board of Directors has directed staff to seek applicants interested in filling the current vacancy through the remainder of the current term ending November 2018.

Fond Farewell to Director Steve Gutierrez By Bryan Harrison

Long time Mountain House resident and Community Services District Board member/Vice President, Steve Gutierrez, announced his resignation July 13th from the CSD Board effective August 1, 2016.

In a letter sent to Board President Brian Lucid and CSD General Manager, Ed Pattison, Director Gutierrez stated "My resignation notice is short due to an immediate job transfer out of the area that will take effect on 08/05/2016."

Gutierrez, who served as CSD Board President in 2014, has been a dedicated leader in this community for many years. "It has been a pleasure and honor to serve the MH Community, with the MH BOD, and MHCSD staff," he said. continued page 6
