MHCSD Names Pinkerton New GM Bryan Harrison
Mountain House has found its new General Manager. Following an extensive process, the District introduced as the newly selected General Manager Mr. Steven Pinkerton at the June 12, 2019 board meeting.

Local Bands, decent breeze and strong turnout mark success
Pinkerton, who possesses vast experience in running municipalities, will take the reins to lead the Mountain House Community Services District as of August 5th. Interim Legal Counsel, Mr. John Bakker, made the announcement at the June 12th board meeting. Mr. Pinkerton, who sat in the audience, addressed the board for a quick introduction. his wife are looking to relocate to live here in Mountain House as he opens a new chapter in his extensive career. As GM for Incline Village, he has been responsible for the past five plus years for overall management of the Governmental Entity which provides water, wastewater, solid waste and a wide variety of recreational services including: three parks, two golf courses, a tennis center, a recreation center and pool, Diamond Peak Ski Resort, and three beaches on the beautiful north shore of Lake Tahoe. continued page 4

Star Wars Theme Rocks MH Kite Run Mountain House, CA – “May The Course Be With You”
was the theme for the annual Kite Run 5k/10k held here June 1, 2019. Organized as a fund raiser for the Mountain House Flag Football non-profit organization, the ever-popular local race drew runners of all ages, and breeds, including one dog.
More than 150 registered runners made their way around the winding course, traveling mostly up the Mountain House Creek Trail and back around continued page 18
