The Mountain House Community Services District Board of Directors voted unanimously at their August 18, 2016 meeting to install Mr. Manuel “Manny” Moreno as a new board member, filling the position on the board recently vacated by Steve Gutierrez. Moreno was on-hand, along with his wife, son and daughter. Also in attendance was San Joaquin County Supervisor for the fifth district, Mr. Bob Elliott, who conducted the
