Library & Town Hall Construction Nears Reality with San Joaquin County Application Referral

Work Begins on Central Parkway Access to Grant Line Rd.

Plans have been in the works for some time on the final design of the Mountain House Town Hall and Library buildings. On May 17, 2017, MH Matters received the official Application Referral from the San Joaquin County Community Development Department providing official notice that plans are moving forward. continued page 2

Those who regularly drive Grant Line Rd near the Delta College Campus, crossing Central Parkway, are a-buzz about the long-awaited presence of construction machinery and crews beginning the work to connect the intersection.

“We’ve been anxious to get this important intersection pushed through,” said Mountain House Community Services District General Manager, Ed Pattison.

Mountain House Developers, LLC project Manager, Dave Sargent, expressed his pleasure in finally being able to move forward on the connector. Waiting for the ground to dry up a bit after the heavy winter rains was the last step necessary before construction could begin.

Initial stage of the project is to connect the two roads with a four-way stop. Ultimately, a traffic signal installation is planned, as the expansion of the entire stretch of roadway gets underway.

Sargent stated that this connection will likely take a couple of months to complete.

for all ages,” stated MH General Manager, Ed Pattison, in a statement release May 17th. “The Civic Italianate architectural design will add beauty to the community and the beginning of the new western entry to the emerging Town Center,” he added.

“We expect these two new facilities to be a bright beginning toward continuing progress as Mountain House builds out its Master Plan goal and a great, safe place to raise a family.”

The Town Hall will feature a corner entrance at Main & Providence, with multiple conference rooms.

The library design far surpasses any 20th Century model of what a library is. Set up more as a Learning Center for the 21st Century, the plans feature strong use of technology, as well as a traditional library setting.

The next step will be a public hearing to be held by the Planning Commission, at a date to be named soon.

While there are further steps to be taken before any construction might begin, such as approval by the County Board of Supervisors, developers have stated that ground-breaking should begin by Summer, 2018.

MHMATTERS Health The Allergy Season Awakens

A long time ago in a valley not so far away, the Evil Allergy Empire decided to declare war on all of us rebel humans. In the central valley, allergy symptoms tend to peak in May and June every year. This year, with the record rainfall, allergy season has been stronger than ever.

In our battle against the Empire and its various weapons (pollens, dust mites, molds, animal dander, etc.), we may have to utilize a full repertoire of defenses.

Diphenhydramine (BENADRYL) is the old reliable first generation anti-histamine. While it is effective against most allergy symptoms such as sneezing, congestion, running nose, itchy eyes, etc., at normal doses it can cause people to be drowsy why it is used as a sleep aid) which makes it less useful during the day time.

The next generation anti-histamines, Fexofenadine (ALLEGRA), Cetirizine (ZYRTEC), Loratidine (CLARTIN) and related medications tend to have fewer side effects than Diphenhydramine and can generally be used daily for mild allergy symptoms.

While nasal decongestants such as Phenylephrine (NEO-SYNEPHRINE) or Oxymetazoline (AFRIN) may be effective temporarily to reduce nasal swelling, prolonged use (>3 days) may lead to rebound and worsening of congestion.

Newer, prescription nasal antihistamine sprays such as Azelastine (ASTELIN), may also offer relief from mild to moderate allergies.

Disc Health - Why Do We Get Shorter As We Get Older?

Ever wonder why people get shorter as they get older? One of the primary reasons is spinal disc dehydration. There are 24 discs of the spine and with time, gravity, and lack of proper motion the discs become dehydrated and consequently you get shorter.

Here’s an Analogy: Think of a Sponge

For more moderate symptoms, your doctor may prescribe daily nasal steroids such as Mometasone (NASONEX), Fluticasone (FLONASE), etc.

Montelukast (SINGULAIR) is another class of medication (leukotriene receptor antagonist) that may be used in our battle against allergies.

When the allergens start affecting the lungs and cause bronchospasm and wheezing, bronchodilators such as Albuterol and Ipatropium (ATROVENT) and various inhaled steroids can be utilized to provide relief.

When all else fails, a short course of Prednisone or a steroid shot, may help control the more moderate to serious allergic symptoms.

Knowing the various options is the first step in our battle preparations against the Evil Allergy Empire.

Of course, before starting any new medications, please consult your primary physician or pharmacist to ensure that you can take them safely and that there are no interactions with other medications that you may be taking.

A dried-up and wet sponge are a good analogy of fluid flow and dehydration of discs. A wet sponge has plenty of fluid, has flexibility and fluid readily moves in and out of the sponge.

The hydrated disc is also taller than a dry sponge. In contrast the dry sponge has little to no flexibility and fluid can’t flow back and forth easily.

How About A Study?

In the Journal Arthritis & Rheumatism, 1984, the article states, “Immobilization arthropathies are probably due to nutritional failure. Avascular cartilage, behaving like a water filled sponge, gives off fluid on compression and takes it up on release of pressure. Alternate compression and re-expansion allows a supply of nutrients and removal of metabolic waste. With proper motion, discs will maintain their height and spinal degeneration will be minimized.”

In simple terms this means that motion (aka, walking, jogging, stretching, etc), keeps the discs healthy by moving fluid in and waste products out. If proper motion is not maintained, in time, with gravity, trauma and micro trauma, the discs will dehydrate and lead to bony degeneration or arthritis.

What To Do?

Chiropractic adjustments: Surprise! Routine Chiropractic care is one of the best ways to maintain proper joint motion and decrease the risk of disc dehydration and spinal

degeneration. Additionally, try and drink at least half of your body weight in water and get plenty of movement to allow the process of diffusion to take place with the discs and surrounding tissues.

Try This Exercise: Imbibition for the Discs

Sit up in a chair with good posture. Then hunch over with bad posture. Slowly sway back and forth as if someone is grabbing the middle of your low back spine and shoving it forward and then pulling it back. This swaying is great to prevent back stiffness and helps pump the discs.

MH Dog Club Announces New Leaders

The Mountain House Dog Club announced new leadership May 16, 2017. President Fiona Mayne sent an email to the membership to report the progress.

“I’d like to welcome the newest officers to our Board of Directors,” she stated.

She went on to welcome the following new officers: Monica Collins - President Bob Collins - Vice President Christina Gouveia - Secretary “Jonathan Ridpath will continue for a limited time as Treasurer,” she added, “but we are still looking for volunteers to take on this position.

Fiona, who together with Vice President, Amanda Avila, spearheaded the club’s successful PetSafe contest win in 2013, with a $25,000 prize, to go toward development of a community dog park. Those winnings are being held until the long-awaited dog park construction gets underway.

Monica Collins, and husband, Bob, will be meeting immediately with MH Developers, LLC to discuss what can be done in the immediate future to make sure the prize money isn’t forfeited. An extension of the funds was granted late last year to keep hope alive that the money will be available, but there are reportedly still time constraints on that extension.

Early intentions are to move forward with the interim, or introductory level, dog park at the outer edge of Central Park. The spot being considered is slated to become part of the next phase of Central Park, so it could potentially be a permanent site.

Ms. Mayne expressed her appreciation to the membership, saying “Thanks to all past and present officers for volunteering your time!

Q: Why should I pick up pet waste (even if it’s on my own property)?

A: The pathogens in pet waste are harmful to the health of humans, animals, and the environment. PUBLIC PROPERTY: Local animal control ordinances declare it is unlawful to leave pet waste on public property and require its immediate removal. PRIVATE PROPERTY: Local water quality and health ordinances also apply to private property and could result in enforcement, including fines, if it can be determined that pet waste, or its pathogens, on your property are being washed into storm drains or waterways, or if the accumulation of waste is a nuisance or menace to health.

Q: How should I dispose of pet waste?

A: Scoop the pet waste, bag it, and put it in the trash (garbage).

Q: Can I put pet waste in the trash (garbage)?

A: Yes, this is the preferred disposal method. By putting pet waste in the trash, it prevents the waste from becoming a source of pollution in our streams and bays. Landfills are designed to safely handle substances such as dog waste, cat litter, and dirty diapers.

Many people already place their dog waste in the trash because it’s convenient. Some hide it in the trashcan because they think it’s prohibited. Don’t worry! It’s allowed. If you are already placing it in the trash, keep up the good work!

Q: Can I bury or compost pet waste?

A: Composting and burial do not kill hazardous pathogens that may be in the waste and can pollute water. Landfills are designed to safely handle substances such as dog waste, cat litter, and dirty diapers. Yards are not. Most home compost piles don’t reach temperatures sufficient to kill many hazardous pathogens.

Extended exposure at 140-degree temperatures is required to kill E. coli and Salmonella.

Giardia can survive temperature extremes, chlorination, and drying. Cryptosporidium, Leptospira, Salmonella, and E. coli can survive for months in feces or soil. Roundworms can survive for four years in soil. Even commercial yard waste processors do not currently compost waste at temperatures sufficient to kill many pathogens in pet waste, so don’t put dog waste in the yard waste bins for curbside pickup.

Q: Can I flush pet waste down the toilet?

A: Maybe. If you are on a municipal sewer system and you can stand the yuck-factor, flushing is a highly desirable method of disposal. Most people, especially those with large or multiple dogs, are not comfortable with the notion of bringing outdoor pet waste indoors to flush it. If you can handle it, go wild! If you have a septic system, then do not flush pet waste down the toilet.

Flushing pet waste can potentially exceed the design capacity of the septic system. High volumes of hair and ash, not normally found in human waste, can interfere with septic system functions and clog drain fields. Don’t flush cat waste if it has litter stuck to it. Another alternative is to install a pet waste flushing system at your outdoor sanitary sewer cleanout if you are connected to a public sewer system (NOT a septic system). MAINTAINING YOUR FRONT YARD TREES

As a friendly reminder, trees located in your front yards and especially in the District Right-of-Way, are due for maintenance. As many of you might already know, these trees are the responsibility of the homeowner to maintain. Unfortunately, many of these trees are in a state of deferred maintenance. In the past, MHCSD Staff published a series of articles that covered requirements and other helpful guidelines to educate our residents. Our goal was to encourage residents to become more active in maintaining their trees in the correct manner. Residents were also directed to the Mountain House Residential Design Guideline Manual (Appendix F) that provides the requirements that each resident must follow.

This document can be found on the Mountain House website in addition to the Mountain House CC&Rs and Ordinances. These clear guidelines are available to assure that correct and consistent maintenance practices are established for trees growing in front yards and District right of ways. Here is a brief example: Appendix F section of the Mountain House Residential Design Guideline Manual • Those trees that have over extended, dead and unsightly branches, shall be pruned and trimmed. Damage from wind, etc., shall be repaired.

• All trees shall be pruned and trimmed only as necessary to

maintain their natural form. Trees shall not be topped, “hat-racked”, “lolly-popped”, sheared or pruned in any manner which alters the natural growth habit of the tree.

•Trees shall be pruned to maintain a central leader and to remove branches which form narrow crotches. Prune trees to maintain permanent scaffold branches which have a radial orientation and do not overlay one another. All suckers shall be removed from trees.

• All trees that are located adjacent to street and/or sidewalks shall be pruned and trimmed as necessary to maintain a height clearance of 8 ft. over sidewalks and, 12 ft. over local (inner neighborhood) streets, and 14 ft. over collector (main neighborhood) streets for vehicle and pedestrian safety.

• Trees shall be pruned to allow clearance for street light illumination and to train the trees to eventually rise above the top of the light fixtures.

• Pruning shall be completed while the tree is dormant (after leaf fall in autumn).

•Inspect each tree on a continuous basis for cross branches that may rub, broken branches, and damage from mowing equipment, etc.

• Perform “same day” clean-up of all pruned and trimmed material and dispose of this material off site.

• The watering of the tree, health and welfare is the responsibility of the homeowner.

Though the position is new to Seth, the industry is not. “After completing my MBA in New York I found a great fit with a local mortgage company that was growing quickly and needed a sales manager,” he said. “I discovered that I had a real passion and expertise in helping people achieve their dreams of home ownership through complex financing solutions.”

Prior to the mortgage industry, Seth was in the US Navy for 10 years. During that time, he served as an engineer on a nuclear submarine, and an instructor at a Navy Nuclear Training Facility in New York. “I also started an energy trading firm and ran that for 8 years,” he added.

“I moved back to California in 2007 and worked for a non profit and then in the internet technology field in Silicon Valley.”

Born in Burlingame, just south of San Francisco, Seth moved to Modesto in High School.

“After graduating high school I joined the Navy, where I had a very rewarding

10 year career. While in the Navy I was able to complete all of my college with a BS in Human Resource Management and a MBA from the University at Albany in NY,” he stated. “Having an engineering background combined with my college degrees in business has been a great combination that has served me well through my diverse professional career.”

Seth’s accomplishments have been numerous. “My ability to overcome any obstacle to achieve my goals is my strongest characteristic,” he stated when pressed. “This has been demonstrated in a successful military career, followed by the startup of two successful businesses.”

Kiwanis, one of the longest running international service organizations, is working to establish their brand here in Mountain House. Led by the efforts of past Assistant District Governor, Tony Montalbo, the organization is focused on building on its already well-established Key Club at Mountain House High School.

“In addition to the main club, Kiwanis offers club levels for children from first grade on up to college,” Maltalbo explained. Right now, we are working to establish a main club that will work largely with local kids to better serve the community.

Fourth Annual MH Bike Rodeo Sees Greatest Participation to Date Well more than 100 kids completed the 2017 Mountain House Bike Rodeo course Saturday, May 6th at Central Park, near the library.

Each was required to demonstrate control of their bicycle through the courses. They also received instruction on safety, rules of the

road, hand signals and more. All participants were entered into a raffle, featuring a couple of new bikes, and helmets, as prizes.

The Lathrop Police Dept was on-hand to assist in the cause, as were members of the MHHS Interact Club.

Those who completed the certification course received a free hot dog.

Let’s take a look at a comparison of our current sales activity vs. this time in 2016.

We all watched Mountain House home values steadily rise from 2012-current and, with values reaching pre-recession figures last Summer, everyone considering selling had to wonder when would be the best time to sell or upgrade their home to make the most money?

‘Was there going to be another crash?’; ‘Are prices going to continue to rise?’; ‘Why were the homes taking 30+ days to sell?’

The Mountain House Gardeners Facebook Group is grateful to all who opened up their backyard gates for the 4th Annual Mountain House Garden Tour on Sunday, May 7, 2017. We visited nine homes in the community over the course of the afternoon, and enjoyed learning about their labors of love.

“The tour was blessed with sunshine, gracious neighbors, bubbly, eats, and bountiful inspiration for yards and budgets small, medium, and large,” said Garden Tour Co-Host, Kerry Kisabeth Burton.

This year’s tour enjoyed a noticeable increase in participation, both in the number of hosting gardens as well as the number of folks who turned out for the event.

“The Garden Tour provides a great opportunity to get your garden in gear for the spring and summer and share your challenges and successes,” continued Ms. Burton. “Perfection is by no means a prerequisite. Inspiration is the name of the game,” Kerry added.

“A special thanks to all of you who opened up your yards for our enjoyment!,” stated Co-Host Anna Inveen. “Perfect weather, different style yards, and friendly faces made for a lovely day filled with inspiration!,” she added. “Thanks to all who joined us!”

Rotary Club of Mountain House Inducts Charter Members It’s official! The Rotary Club of Mountain House inducted its Charter Members at a gathering at the MH Community Services District Board Room Monday, May 15, 2017.

A BIG thank you to our MH Community who extensively supported the very 1st Annual Smartling Spelling Bee ( Young, Junior and Senior ) and Talent Show event April 29, 2017 at Questa School. You all helped make it a very successful and memorable one!!! The event was a collaborated effort of Smartling Learning Center and Dance Dil Se. We would like to THANK our core team members Navin Victor, Pooja Potnis, Ranjana Joshi, Arthi Elango, Ravendran Gopalan, Sainthavi Vinodh and Vinodh Ps, MHHS Speech and Debate Club, MHHS Interact Club and every parent who supported us towards the fundraiser.

MH Serves Student Group Presents “Diversity - Together We Are One”

MHServes.org is organizing our first annual fund-raiser: “Diversity - Together We Are One”. MH Serves is an organization made up of local students who find ways to give back to the community and serve the under-served.

The Event “Diversity - Together We Are One”, will take place on June 10th, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We will be celebrating and learning about our vast and different cultures in many ways, such as: food, dance, activities, traditions, and more.

We need your help to make this a grand success. You can participate in 3 ways: Donate: Donate to the cause at MHServes. org/donate. Every penny counts and we are counting on individuals generously contributing to the cause.

Participate: Have your group/kids participate in the event with a cultural presentation or food sale. No matter your cultural background, we want you represented as part of the Mountain House family. If you have a dance group, ballet group, music group or any other cultural group and would like to showcase your performance, we are seeking your participation.

Sponsor: This event is fully self-funded and every penny of the net money raised is being donated to McHenry House and VBR Foster Family Agency. The organizations we have chosen to donate to, McHenry House Tracy Family Shelter and VBR Foundation Inc., are both in dire need of funds. Both these organizations are based locally in Tracy, and they could use all of our help.

Our first cause, McHenry House, in Tracy, helps the breadwinners of families who are suddenly homeless or need help to recover their ability to provide a home for their family. Their mission is to ensure self-sufficiency within the families so that they will never have to reach the situation they are in again.

The second cause, VBR, is a nonprofit

organization that helps provide families with safe foster homes, food, education and more. Funds before this summer can help them organize summer outings for these kids who otherwise could never afford such opportunities.

MHServes.org is made up of teenagers from Lammersville Unified School District (LUSD) and a few parent volunteers. We have done many events in the past such as food drives, clothing drives and more.

Though we have been working as a group for a couple years now, we are now expanding our efforts to create a more lasting impact.

Our plans for the future include expanding to places beyond Tracy and Mountain House, and help other organizations thrive. Our goal is to help our community become a better place, and small steps can make a big difference.

Millennium High Sparkles with Little Shop of Horrors

Millennium High School Drama Teacher/Director and Mountain House Resident, Scott Snyder, held a six performance run of his drama department's dazzling production of Little Shop of Horrors.

The show opened Thursday evening, May 4, 2017, and ran through Sunday, May 7th, at the Tracy Learning Center.

Opening night of the dark-comedy musical featured nearly continual vocal singing performances. Sierra Brown, playing the lead of Audrey, turned-in a stellar performance, with a beautiful and strong singing voice, as well as a Betty-Boopish squeaky speaking voice, befitting her character.

A trio of female singers were featured most prominently throughout the two act play. Chiffon, Crystal & Ronnette, played by Sydney Hatch, Aileen Ceja and Gianna Jackson, respectively, led-off with a dynamic opening Little Shop number, and performed consistently well throughout, with songs in nearly every scene. They had constant wardrobe changes and more than a half dozen songs, with each individual singer having her moments to shine.

The production crew did a tremendous job with scene changes, aided by a clever rotating backdrop set design, making for smooth and quick transitions scene to scene.

Lead actor, Jason Evans, as Seymour, the skid-row kid searching to find himself, projected the character most convincingly. He brought energy to the part, and created great empathy with the audience for the predicament in which he found himself.

Standout performance by Oscar Lopez, as the Dentist, Orin Scrivelli, the sadistic abuser. The sheer energy of his depiction was a crowd pleaser, making even some inconsistent singing akin to the part.

Foundation of Education: U.S. Compared with Finland

Wow! May is already here and the school year is coming to an end. This means summer... but wait! It also means taking difficult state tests for a handful of different subjects.

If you’re a student reading this, you know exactly how it feels to be staring at a screen trying to answer questions for hours! You would probably also relate to the feeling of relief when the teacher says it’s time for break or lunch. The joy of having mints (and sometimes gum too) passed out during testing is also quite pleasing.

If this is all true, it might make you wonder, “What makes these people so smart?” There’s only one answer to that question. Like I said before, the Finnish school system has developed simple but effective teaching techniques. Given their success, exploring what they’re doing just makes good sense.

For most people, testing takes up a lot of time and the day seems to go by pretty fast. Also, after testing or in between breaks, you can start to feel mentally exhausted. Many of us know what it’s like to test every single year here in the United States, but that’s not true for students in other countries, such as Finland!

In Finland, teachers believe that it is more important for students to learn how to learn, while American schools tend to stick to what might be considered a more rigid curriculum.

In America, more than 25% of American students fail to graduate high school, and 75% of students who do graduate don’t meet college entry requirements!

In Finland, warmth, collaboration, and highly professionalized teacher-led encouragement and assessment are emphasized.

Finland is the one country that has a top-ranking international education (even higher than the U.S.A.!) and uses simple teaching techniques to educate the students.

In Finland, 93% of children graduate high school, and 66% continue to college.

Also, a typical American student will take a total of 112 standardized tests while Finnish students are only required to take one!

Finnish students are also given less homework, and they spend only a few hours in school!

Finnish teachers are given a good deal of freedom to motivate students in ways that will be most effective. In the U.S., control, competition, stress, standardized testing, screenbased schools and, in some cases, loosened teacher qualifications, have all become more of the standard.

Clearly, there is a major difference. Since the future of the next generation is in jeopardy, our entire society is also at risk and we need to do something, fast, to change that.

America needs to climb back up the international education ranking chart in a sustainable way. I’m sure with just the right amount of effort, innovation and teaching techniques, we will be on our way in no time!

MHHS Girls Basketball Champs Awarded

Coach Reno Reno Ursal held an awards ceremony along with a Freshman orientation for his League Champion Girls Varsity Basketball team in the large gym at Mountain House High School Friday, May 5, 2017.

With nearly half the team receiving league distinction, as chosen by the coaches of the other teams, there was much to celebrate.

Players on-hand to receive awards on the night included: Mariana Holtz, Tatyana Jackson, and league Most Valuable Player, Arielle Tala.

Ms. Tala gave a brief but heartfelt speech, acknowledging her teammates and loved-ones.

Coach Reno stressed two things for incoming players: First day of assessments is June 13th, and he encouraged everyone to go to AthleticClearance.com.

Freshman Coach, Jodi Larson, led off the evening with a quick introduction for incoming Freshman players. She stressed the fundamentals and having fun playing, and introduced her assistant coach, Devin.

Coach Reno also discussed briefly the Girls

Summer Basketball League, along with his hope for even stronger fund-raising (acknowledging the support of the Boosters).

And, he mentioned the December 14-16 tournament the team will host at MHHS. Just two years into the program and winning the league championship - the first such achievement by any team in the brief school history.

Ursal had this to say: "These founding members of the Mountain House High Girls Basketball team have set a high template for others to follow." He went on to say how proud he is of them.

Rising Star In Gymnastics Wins Western National Championships

May 2017

Mountain House Resident, Kaliya Lincoln, won the Western National Gymnastic Championships in Boise, Idaho in March, following her win at the Regional Championships.

“Taking home a silver medal on beam, and Gold Medals on the vault, floor, and the ever so important All Around, Kaliya finished #1 on America's Top 100 list of gymnast in the country for level 9.

“God has been very good to her,” said her father, Ken Lincoln. “Kaliya has worked very hard for this, going from level 7 to level 9 All Around National Champion in one year,” he said.

This is Kaliya's first National Title. She will be continuing her season as an Elite gymnast, competing in Texas at the Karolyi Ranch at the Hopes Classic Qualifier.

“Thank you everyone for the support and donations to her go find me campaign. Thank you, God bless, and please keep her in your prayers as she moves onward and upward,” Ken said.

She was invited to the same camp in February, but due to financial constraints had to decline the invitation. Through a video submission to Valeri Liukin, the newly appointed US National Team Coordinator, she was able to get noticed again and re-invited

to the camp.

We truly feel that if Kaliya is not able to attend these camps her journey to one day represent the United States will be greatly hindered. The costs of these camps along with the normal competition expenses is upwards of $20,000 for the year.

Any contribution that can be made will be more than appreciated. This money will be put to great use through Kaliya’s hard work and determination.

Kaliya’s number one goal is to get a college scholarship. All of the money donated to this fund will go directly towards covering Kaliya’s and her coaches’ expenses for competitions and camps.

If you are a booster or an affiliate with a

university please do not make a financial contribution as it could effect Kaliya’s NCAA eligibility. If you can simply pass along the information to those who can donate, that will be contribution enough and much appreciated.

Kaliya is a student at Altamont Elementary School and a resident in Altamont Village in Mountain House.

MH Cricket Club Ramps Up for Next Step

The Mountain House Cricket Club(MHCC) is an 8-year-old organization comprising of more than 75 enthusiastic cricketers from all over the world playing the popular game of Cricket. The main goal of the Club is to promote Cricket as a unifying factor among people of varied nationalities and cultures.

As part of MHCC we play multiple leagues throughout the year in Central Park and organize fun filled Semi-Annual Mini Tournaments which are sponsored, wholesome family events.

MHCC is now delighted to be able to serve the MH youth under the purview of Mountain House Youth Cricket Club(MHYCC). The goal of MHYCC is to introduce and develop cricket as a main stream sporting option for the ever-growing youth community. We are proud to convey that in just a period of 5 weeks we
