Relay For Life of MH Moves 2017 Event to Central Park Abbreviated two-segment program planned due to expected extreme Heat: 10am-1pm, then 7pm-10pm Luminaria By Bryan Harrison
Relay For Life of Mountain House, the community action group that has been working yearly to raise funds for The American Cancer Society to help end cancer, is holding this year’s event at the Central Park Bowl area Saturday, June 24, 2017. The new schedule provides for the highlights of the event in two segments: 10am-1pm opening, including a Survivors Brunch; and an evening session from 7pm-10pm, culminating the Luminaria celebration. The heat of the day will be a “siesta” time to find cooler climates. continued page 8
