The newest Sunday morning tradition in Mountain House appears to be catching on. The Mountain House Certified Farmers’ Market, located every Sunday morning at the edge of Wicklund Park, along Legacy Dr. and around the corner at Historic, is going year ‘round. Market Manager, Bill Harlow, with All Bay Farmers’ Market Association, made the announcement October 16, 2017. “Great news! We’ve decided to extend the new farmers’ market here in Mountain House to go year ‘round,” he stated.

Stockton, CA - The San Joaquin County Planning Commission held their second Public Hearing in as many months Thursday, October 5, 2017. Both hearings were concerning development at the county’s southwestern edge, in the unincorporated municipality of Mountain House. County Community Development Director, John Funderburg, began the evening with a detailed overview of the Master Plan sections in question. Focusing on Specific Plan I (PA-1700003) and Specific Plan III (PA-1700005), then a bit on Specific Plan II (PA-1700004),
