Mountain House, CA – Crowds turned out in droves for the third annual Mountain House Pumpkin Festival Saturday, October 27, 2018. An estimated 3,000 people attended the four hour event, from 10am-2pm at Central Park. Hosted by Drew Jacobsen, of Mountain House Real Estate, in conjunction with the MH Community Services District, the very popular event featured a wide array of activities for the whole family. The event also served to help bring contributions of food items to be included in a donation to Second Harvest Food Bank. The event included a pumpkin patch, where folks could choose a pumpkin, then carve it to their heart’s desire right at the site. There were pony rides, a petting zoo, a mechanical bull ride, a bounce house, and

The quantity of food items donated has also increased every year, Drew stated, although he believes putting a bit more focus on that aspect of the Pumpkin Festival next year could help take that to another level, as well. “We appreciate everyone who donated or contributed towards the food drive,” he said. As for the event itself, everyone seemed to have a fabulous time. Food vendors were present, as well as DJ music, provided by
