A Friend in Need is a Friend Indeed Once upon a time Kalevipoeg invited friends to enjoy holidays. Kalevipoeg, a kid Matolek, a cat Findus, Gold girl, and Egle spent time on the sea shore cheerfully where they had gone by bicycles. Whole day the kid Matolek and his friends swam, played a ball, had fun on the sand shore, and even made a picnic.
But the time came to gather home. The company jumped on their bicycles and went towards house. But having ridden a little, Matolek found out that one of the bicycle wheels was empty, all air had gone out from it. He remembered that had come upon a snag on a forest road.
His friends already were very far away. The kid Matolek got down from the bicycle and decided to go home on foot. The cat Findus noticed his friend and returned. “Can I help you?” said he. “How can you help me? Neither I nor you have any tools to repair my bicycle! Go home but I will go home on foot,” said Matolek. “Well then go home together,” said Findus smiling.
Rolling nearby the bicycles and telling each other cheerful stories, they went along a path together. They did not notice how quickly could reach the village. The kid Matolek thanked his friend for help and support. Then they went home.
When Matolek was in the bed, smiling he remembered this nice day. The kid thought that it was great to have a true friend, who never leaves you in trouble. Matolek wished Findus good night mentally and fell asleep with pleasure.
