Ad Design Archetype Publishing offers a full design and production service for advertisers. Our design team will produce visually striking advertisements to the satisfaction of the client. This service includes producing and sending colour proof as required. Our designers will also assist in the resizing of existing ads to fit the magazines specifications.

Distribution Voyage magazine will be available from strategically -placed dispensers both landside and airside. The magazine will be available to passengers about to embark on their journey as well as those who have landed at the airport. Each edition will attract a readership of 20,000 (including digital readers) and for the first time, the magazine will also be available outside of the airport. Voyage will be available at all the airport hotels as well as some city centre hotels in

Liverpool itself. The bulk of the magazine’s 20,000 copies will be distributed within the airport terminal and the rest disseminated between hotel partners both around the airport and in the city centre. An online version of the magazine will be made available on the day of release which would be readable via computer, tablet and phone with an RSS feed making regular readers aware of its availability.

Terms & Conditions 1. The Advertiser is solely responsible for supplying suitable copy (including any artwork which may be required to be reproduced appropriate to the printing process) to Archetype Publishing within a reasonable time before the publication date and prior to the copy deadline date. In the event of Archetype not receiving suitable copy by the copy deadline date Archetype reserves the right to print either: 1.1 The Name, address, telephone number and basic business category details of the Advertiser (if supplied). 1.2 Other information, artwork or other material relating to the Advertiser, which Archetype is able to obtain from sources generally available to the public. In such circumstances, to the extent that the Advertiser shall own (or shall be deemed to own) intellectual property rights is such information, artistic / literary works or other material, the Advertiser shall be deemed to have granted Archetype a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to reproduce such works and to exploit such intellectual property rights for the purposes of that particular publication only. The Advertiser in accepting these terms also agrees to indemnify Archetype against all cost, expenses, damages, fees and penalties which Archetype may incur of suffer as a result of Archetype’s use of such publicly-available material. 1.3 A previous advertisement printed on behalf of the Advertiser by Archetype, and in respect of any case Archetype will not be responsible for any error or omission arising there from. Effective notice of the copy deadline date will be deemed to have been given by Archetype by sending written notice thereof by ordinary post to the Advertiser at the address of this order form. 2. Archetype reserves the right to include an index to the advertisements in the publication and will not be responsible to any Advertiser for any error or omission there from. 3. Archetype reserves the right to position the advertisement as it sees fit notwithstanding any preferred position requested by the Advertiser. 4. Archetype does not accept liability for delays in publication. It is hereby agreed that delays in publication will not constitute a breach of this contract.

5. The order form along with these Terms and Conditions, constitutes the contract between the Advertiser and Archetype and no employee or agent purporting to represent Archetype has any right to vary the said Terms and Conditions which take precedence over Terms and Conditions (if any) printed on the forms of Advertisers or Advertising Agents, unless confirmation for any special agreement is given in writing by a Director of Archetype. 6. This contract shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. 7. All artwork provided by the Advertiser to Archetype shall remain the property of the Advertiser and shall remain at all times at the Advertiser’s risk. Archetype does not accept liability for any damage or loss whilst in its custody nor during transit. 8. Acceptance by Archetype of this order form is conditional upon either; (i) permission being given by the Authority for the advertisement to appear in the publication or (ii) sufficient numbers of Advertisers being obtained to complete the publication. If either condition is unfulfilled any monies paid by the Advertiser will be refunded by Archetype in full and Archetype shall have no further liability whatsoever. 9. In the event that the Advertiser has not discharged all its liabilities to Archetype arising from any other contract the Advertiser may have with Archetype or any of its subsidiaries or associated companies, Archetype reserves the right not to publish any advertisement on behalf of the Advertiser. Any deposit paid will not be refunded. 10. Payment for any advertisement is to be made on receipt of invoice which will be issued by Archetype on receipt of order. 11. Cancellation of an advert must be received in writing at least 2 weeks prior to publication. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the original advertisement cost. Any advertising taken out as part of a promotional/limited offer can not be cancelled or refunded and full costs apply.
