The Blue Route, an extension of the Ellsemere Port connection project, developing the site north of the connection route. The site will be home to a number of different apartments, restaurants, bars and social spaces. The main design feature of this project is the use of the water canals within the site. Users will be able to use boats as transport around the site, and further along the canal routes highlighted within the plan.

The Ellesmere Port project was a development scheme to connect Ellesmere port together as one, rather than its current, slip state. The project uses a route on both sides of the main express way within the area, creating a route for users to walk/cycle from one of the main hubs of the area, Cheshire Oaks, bringing them out at this new development north of the route. The idea was to lower the need for cars within the area, since there is currently a high build-up of them using the roads around the area.
