AMOS BOOTH Architecture, I believe, is first and foremost about people. People who, inevitably, relate to one another within a multitude of environments, many of which are determined by architectural influence. Creating these environments through engaging and collaborating with others is a privilege. Combining my communication and leadership skills, enables me to facilitate creative opportunities as well as gaining personal pleasure through architecture. I have recently completed my undergraduate degree in architecture. Throughout this degree i have been fortunate enough to explore a vareity of elements involved in the built environment, this has allowed me to explore deeply into subjects that I love. Throughout my desing process I first process how the spaces that I create can impact people. I believe that i am an extremely determind individual with an ability to work as an individual or as part of a team. I am a creative, determind and attentive to small details. I am passionate about sports, art, travel and music. I belive travel is a massive part in why I have a love for architecture. Travelling has provided me with a respect to communities and equiped me with a knowledge of universal architectural techniques.

The Frohlich Archive Comprehensive Design Project BA Year 3 - Semester 3
The Brief The brief for this project was to create a new venue to hold and archive and a gallery to display documents and work from Franchon Frohlich. The Frohlichs were a family situated in Liverpool and Franchon Frohlich weas a painter and writer. This archive will have an accessable reading room space where the public can take items and read and review documents from the Frohlichs. There is also space to display some of the paintings and in doing so creating a suitable gallery space for the public to use.
The Site The site is situated on the outskirts of Edge Hill, Liverpool. It is situated above the historic williamson tunnels which are a famous Liverpool attraction. Due to the site being sat on a hill site it has provided the opportunity to create a building with stunning westernly views over the city of Liverpool.

The Concept The initial concept was looking into Solid and Voids and the relationship between the two. I wanted to achieve a private “voided’ space as the archive, and then use transparent and diverse spaces surrounding that solid space within the structure. As an archive i wanted to create a space that may not even be realised when you vsit the building. Developing spaces and looking at patterns for this buildings layout was critical to achieving the aim of the concept.

Four Elements Weather Or Not BA Year 3 - Semester 1
The Brief The brief for this project was to design a weather station in Hebden Bridge. This location was chosen due to the recent flooding occurance throught the area. The structure had to involve a station, an accomodation and some educational facilities. Due to it being a weather station, i went with the concept of my design concept to be the “four elements’.
The Site The site is situated on the hills of Hebden Bridge. The hill site resulted in high wind pressure and exposure to the structures. The sites terrain was difficult to desing onto due to an old quarry being on site.

Urban Regeneration Urban Design Group Project BA Year 2 - Semester 1
The Brief The aim of this project was to develop an area of the fabric district in Liverpool to make it a more attractive and pleasing district to visit. Urban design and development can really change an area and looking into the social aspects of the area was really important when coming to look at what the area was in need of.
The Site The Fabric district is situated just to the north of Liverpools city centre. It is an area that doesnt have a heavy footfall and so the aim of this breif was to change how this area looks and functions.
