I am 22 years old student from Liverpool, who is passionate architecture and will work whatever it takes to design beautiful work. I see architecture as art that needs to be admired and not something you walk past by. I have developed many skills at my time at studying from physical model making to developing my skills on digital CAD softwares. I have a drive for what it takes to become a great architect and ready to develop new skills on this amazing journey.

The Site - Hamilton St, Birkenhead

CD P - Bi rke n h ead S ch oo l o f Ar t This project is for the design of a new school of artin Birkenhead siturated in the Hamilton Square conservation area. The concept behind the project is ‘ Light ‘ specifically daylight as its a requirment for studios when making art. The building also responds to the context of the site well as Hamilton Square consists of georgian style architecture and famous landmarks of Birkenhead.

We a the r O r Not - N at i o n a l Tr u s t C e n tre The aim for this project was to design a building that responds to climate change. Situated at the National trust site in Windermere, Lake District. The National Trust Centre is a visitor centre for the public/locals to learn about climate change with knowledge spaces and exhibitions. The concept for the building was tectonics of stone emerging to the surface and building shape inspired by Windermere’s surrounding mountains. The building aims to have low embodied by using local natural materials such as timber and slate stone.

Live r po o l L i ve L ou n ge This project was to design a Liverpool Live Lounge in the heart of the Baltic Triangle, Liverpool. A centre for live music performances, music school and social space. The concept behind this project was Repetition and Rhythm which resulted this for timber rhythmic facade repeated and wrapped around the building.

I was elected as a team leader to make important calls to both the city council and our sponsors. My team participated in a sponsored walk for a selected charity foundation in which my rolse was to liase with the charity to process the funds raised.

EXPERIENCE 4 Day Event at PLACED 2019 Interior design project competition of 12 groups. I gained knowledge on site analysis, model making, and presenting. My groups design came 1st out of the 12 groups LJMU Design Charrette 2020 In my 1st year, our architecture course created a design charrette with all years to redesign Bootle Strand of whom the winners will have a chance to present at the Forgettin Spaces Design Charrette. My team’s design came second out of 18 groups and I still got the chance to present at RIBA. Forgettin Spaces Design Charrette 2020 I got the chance to participate to present my team’s design with the LJMU school at the event which included 17 architectural practices, 7 critics and two universities.

ACHIEVEMENTS Duke of Edinbugh Bronze medal National Citizen Service (NCS) 2019-2020 Student Representative for 1st year architecture students.
