ABOUT ME I am a 21 year old aspiring architect, artist and a entrepreneur with a strong passion for Japanese culture. Having experience both in construction and art I was led into the path of an architect while maintaining my other interests in the art of creation. I love to tinker around with items and attempt to make my own whether its furniture, sculpture or a building, my love for art and creation is endless. I am a active person that is passionate about self-development and always on a path to further enrich my skillset both professionally and personally. I consider myself to be a self-motivated artist, responsible and creative and also considered by others knowledgeable, adaptive and attentive. I am always looking for ways to increase my life experience both in my interests in architecture, and in Japanese culture. CDP - THE OFFICE OF THE FUTURE “Our world is filled with millions upon millions of buildings and many businesses that have very boring and unproductive environments within their interiors and exteriors. Such boring and gloomy architecture is nothing more than a copy and paste of furniture bringing down the productiveness of the entire business. There are many studies conducted into the topic of productivity. These show clear links between the surrounding area, and the emotional state of the individual, on their productivity. The goal of this project is to understand the implication of key aspects within the working environment such as: mood, colour, position, location, smell, sound and time” KEY POINTS 1. An office space thats interesting to tourists, restaurant? park? relaxation? 2. “mobile” , “flexible”, perhaps a office you can make yourself. 3. “adjacent and over moorfields station” there is a clear path through the site should keep it 4. Reduce the use of cars by removing car park spaces to force or attribute to the use of the Moorfields Station 5. “flexible workspaces”, “second home” a warm feeling? a place to sleep?

WEATHER OR NOT - THE DAM WEATHER OR NOT is a project focusing on the historical value of the site being a quarry and its unique placement within the topography creating a unique micro-climate. The possible micro-climate has a unique opportunity to be utilized further; by increasing the one side and creating a dam-like wall it further increases the sheltering aspect of the site. This maximises the micro-climate within, allowing for a tranquil zone and the opportunity to grow trees and other flora that otherwise would not be possible due to high winds. This special zone can also be used by the local communities, which will create an environment of relaxation and a place to calm the mind.

URBAN DESIGN - COURTYARD “IN A BUSY CITY, IN A BUSY WORKPLACE, IN A BUSY LIFE... SOMETIMES YOU NEED A PLACE TO STOP, THINK AND RELAX” THE COURTYARD PROJECT IS AN EXPERIMENTAL DESIGN PHILOSOPHY ATTEMPTING TO BRING THE TRANQULITY AND STILLNESS OF NUTURE INTO THE HEART OF DAILY COSMOPOLITAN LIFE. THE EXTERIOR WALLS BRING AN INTERNAL PEACE TO THE COURTYARD WITHIN ALLOWING THE PUBLIC TO FEEL MORE IN TOUCH WITH MOTHER EARTH. THE PROJECT AIMS TO PROVIDE ESCAPISM FROM THE HUSTLE AND BUSTLE OF URBAN LIFESTYLES. SPEAKER PLACEMENTS FOR THE SOUNDS OF NATURE

URBAN DESIGN - TWIN WALKS “SINCE IT’S TITLE OF CAPITAL OF CULTURE IN 2008, LIVERPOOL HAS ONLY STRIVEN TO BUILD ON THEIR REPUTATION. IT’S RICH HISTORY AND UNIQUELY INSPIRING RESIDENTS REALLY MAKE LIVERPOOL THE SOUL OF THE NORTH. TWIN WALKS COMBINES THE PATH OF DIVERSITY AND THE PATH OF THE PAST. THE CULTURE WALK AIMS TO TEACH AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON THE TRADITIONS AND ASPECTS OF THE MANY DIFFERENT CULTURES FOUND THROUGHOUT THE CITY. WHEREAS, THE FABRIC WALK FOCUSES ON EXACTLY THAT; THE FABRIC OF LIVERPOOL AND WHY WE ARE SUCH A GREAT CITY. IT’LL TAKE YOU ON A WALK THROUGH THE STORIES OF THOSE WHO TRULY SHAPED THE LIVERPOOL WE SEE TODAY. TWIN WALKS HOPES TO GIVE SOMETHING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY AND BREED A CULTURE OF EQUALITY AND UNDERSTANDING.”
The idea for the layout of the courtyards was that they should be situated in such a way that you felt as though you were going on a journey when you traverse them. From one specific angle you can see your final destination but to get there you must first follow the laid out path. We decided that the courtyards should consist of open space with a lot of greenery and nature but also incorporate different cultures into each one. These cultural changes to each courtyard should mean that the area caters for all types of people and so everyone should feel at home whether that’s a passer by or a student living in one of the local accommodations.

One key idea during the project was the idea of safety and enclosure within a retail environment. When thinking of these ideas locally immediate links are made to the environments created in Liverpool one specifically Peters Lane and South John Street. Peters Lane offers a sheltered environment to walk through whilst feeling open and welcoming. South John Street is open to the elements but offers a sheltered walkway for pedestrians to continue shopping.

URBAN MASTERPLAN 9 DAWID MITURSKI 2020 PORTFOLIO
In order to maximise available space on the site we decided it was necessary to look at suitable options for an underground car parking facility allowing us to reduce the number of ‘vacant’ sites leading to feelings of neglect in the area. Having unsightly car parks above ground reduces opportunity for enticing urban spaces.

A PLACE FOR CRAFTING - LIBRARY OF THE FUTURE “NOT ALL SAD PLACES NEED TO REMAIN SAD FOREVER” THE LIBRARY OF THE FUTURE STRIVES TO PRESERVE THE PAST. SITUATED A STONE’S THROW AWAY FROM LIVERPOOL CATHEDRAL, IT IS THE PERFECT SETTING FOR A LIBRARY DEDICATED TO THE EDUCATION, CONSERVATION AND ONGOING DEDICATION TO THE TRADITIONAL METHODS OF LEARNING. FILLED WITH RARE BOOKS, WITH A POSSIBLE DEPOSITORY FOR OTHERS TO DONATE, THERE WOULD FEATURE A READING ROOM WHERE THE PUBLIC COULD MAKE USE OF THE TREASURES WITHIN THIS TROVE OF KNOWLEDGE. THE LIBRARY WOULD GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY THROUGH TEACHING THE PEOPLE OF LIVERPOOL HOW TO MAINTAIN AND CARE FOR THEIR BOOKS. EDUCATION IS INVALUABLE.

ARCHIFILM - WHAT IS DEATH? PROJECT ARCHIFILM WAS CREATED BASED ON THE IDEA OF SORROW AND THOUGHTFULNESS. NO MATTER WHAT WE ACHIEVE OR EXPERIENCE DURING OUR LIVES, WE ALL ENTER AND LEAVE THIS WORLD IN THE SAME MANNER. ALL LIFE IS PRECIOUS AND SHOULD BE CELEBRATED WITH RESPECT AND CARE. THE VERY ESSENCE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO INVOKE A STATE OF DEEP THOUGHT AND REFLECTION UPON THE BLESSINGS LIFE GRANTS US. AMONGST THE BLESSINGS ARE LOSSES AND THE INEVITABLE GRIEF THAT FOLLOWS. THE SORROW OF GRIEF IS A UNIVERSAL TRAUMA, EVERY PERSON FEELS THE LOSS OF A LOVED ONE SO DEEPLY IT HURTS. PROJECT ARCHIFILM STRIVES TO EASE THE PAIN OF MOURNING RELATIVES AND OFFER SOME PERMANENCE TO THE MEMORIES OF THOSE WHO HAVE FALLEN. EVERY SECOND COUNTS AND TURNING THOSE SECONDS INTO MEMORIES IS HOW WE LIVE ON; NOT ALL MEMORIES ARE TO BE TREASURED BUT ALL OF OUR EXPERIENCES MAKE UP A LIFE. THEREFORE, WE SHOULD CHERISH BOTH THE GOOD AND THE BAD. “ Still remember the days Still remember the days spent with you, Still remember the silent night, When love was so pure Everything was so bright Oh why did you leave me and go, Why did you hide, Left me with emotions of blue, Sadness everywhere, Miss you with silent tears! ”
“ The pain in love The pain which I got to love you, Has no resort in life, The tears that I cried for you, That feeling of being blue, You did not have a clue, That I so loved you, But you went away without telling me, Without you there is nothing left to see! ”
“ When you were there When you were in my life, My life was so good, You were the reason of my smile, All the way all the while, But now it’s not the same, The way you played the game, Made me think about love, But, not any more, But, not now! ”
“ I so loved you I so loved you from the start, You had a special place in my heart, But, things are not the same today, I really don’t intend to say that, You don’t love me the way you used to, There is a feeling of desire but blue, Please give me back your time, Please let me call you mine! ”
“ You and your love You assured me that you will love me forever, You told me that your love is true, Then why did you leave me alone, I feel like I have been thrown, From your life, I still love you so much, I still long for your touch, Will keep loving you so! ”
“ Love that lost Love that lost in time, Love that bleeds, There is no heal for that love, There is only shove, The way I feel for you, Is the same that you did for me! Now, left with no desire, Nothing to come after and nothing prior! ”
