I am a 21 year old aspiring female architect, originally from the Philippines. I undertook my Bachelors Degree at Liverpool John Moores University (2019 - 2022). My admiration for Architecture stems from the notion that individuals can be in the same space, but feel, think and experience it in a completely different way. Additonally, travelling is the best way to appreciate Architecture as each culture has a different perspective to offer with what building design means to them. I am excited to start my practice as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant and further develop my skills.

Working With Well-Being Comprehensive Design Project
For my CDP Project, my interpretation of the Incubator brief was questioning: ‘how can the design of workspaces improve to cater more for human well-being?’. Through researching how headquarters of big corporations are designed to make working a facade, it was important to incorporate these decisions within smaller office spaces. Inspiration for the form wasa precedent from LOT-EK, an award winning studio that makes sustainable and soulful architecture through the transformation of industrial and infrastrucrural objects. The Square Stack art installation showcases two shipping containers stacked every level in opposing directions - this allows voids to be created naturally. These open spaces will act as balconies to allow easy outdoor access for the users. Alyana Yzabel Grospe Rosete

The spaces within my building cater towards both the individual and the collective, with leisure spaces acting as an intervention to strenuous work. These categories originate from how can spaces cater more for human well-being and personally, to do this, workspaces must tend for: • • •
private solo endeavors group collaboration and free time for enjoyment
The spatial diagrams showcase these with green representing the individual spaces, blue representing the collective spaces and yellow representing the leisure spaces. The colours have been specifically chosen as through research, these colours are known to boost creativity, productivity and enthusiam to work.
