Kaley’s Corner
Kaley turned 9 this year and is in the 4th grade! In June she celebrated her birthday with just a few of her closest girlfriends.
This past summer was busy! Kaley spent her first week of summer vacation up in The Villages with her grandparents. Her cousin Meagan was here the following week and the Kelly’s kept busy sightseeing like tourists. Kaley spent the rest of her summer in various camps like Art Camp, Girl Scout Camp, Soccer Camp and Math Camp! Kaley is still in chorus at school this year. She continues to do very well in school, despite having one of her most challenging years academically. Kaley’s parents are extremely proud of her!
The fall soccer season proved to be a much more successful one! Julia, Hailey and Marina are on her team and the girls just so happen to be numbers 5, 6, 7 & 8! They ended their season 6-1! Way to go Knights!
Kaley & Amy went to the TSO concert and it was cool! If you don’t already know, a TransSiberian Orchestra concert is a spectacle of narration, music, lasers and lights!
Coral Reef Elementary September 2010
The 4th grade year started off fast and furious! There was no easing back into the school year, nor was there a review of last year’s work! With this year supposedly being the toughest elementary school year, Kaley has been working very hard tackeling new subjects like Science and Social Studies. It’s not just about getting homework done any more, it’s projects, oral presentations and learning how to study for weekly subject tests.
Halloween 2010 Kaley was a vampire for Halloween this year. The kids trick-or-treated for about two hours and then had a pizza party. Someone was kind enough to have scheduled not one, but two teacher planning d a y s o ff r i g h t a f t e r Mia, Olivia, Andrea, Miranda & Halloween! Kaley
Spring Break Cruise to the Bahamas March 26-29, 2010

Kaley and Amy spent a few days of Spring Break aboard the Norwegian Sky. This was Kaley’s first cruise and she loved it. The girls had a balcony cabin too! In the Bahamas they spent the day at Atlantis and enjoyed the water rides and slides at Aquaventure, the Atlantis water park. There was a fun beach day too on Great Stirrup Cay, NCL’s private island. Back in June, the Kelly‘s had their niece in town from North Carolina. It was Meagan’s high school graduation present from her grandma and her Aunt & Uncle!
