COVID-19: Tips To Stay Alive During Quarantine

As most of you know the majority of America is on lockdown due to a virus known as COVID-19. The first outbreak originated in Wuhan, China, but the cases have been seen spreading globally. The virus is known for attacking a person’s respiratory system and making it difficult for them to breathe. Therefore, here are a list of things to look out for:

• • • •

Difficulty breathing A Fever (anything over 98.6°F/37°C) A dry cough Feelings of tiredness or lethargy

People may have the virus for 1-14 days without feeling symptoms and that’s why it’s so dangerous. The best way to prevent spreading of the virus is to just stay at home. Play some board games, read a book, dive into arts and crafts, and even try some at home workouts. In the end, young healthy college students may not feel the effects of COVID-19 but our elders and people with underlying medical conditions will. So stay safe, stay indoors, and stay positive during these trying times. All of AHO is wishing the best for everyone and hoping these pictures encourage you to stay inside!
