With the convention season up on us we shouldbeelectingnewofficersinall our districts, do we all have a full slate of officers? If not, why? Have we asked someone that is qualified to step up? Have we created a positive experience at the club and zone level to make individuals want tostepupandbeapartof whatthe district has to offer? These are all things that could help find leaders. However, findingleadersisn’twhere it all stops. As current leaders of your districts it would benefit everyone including your new leaders if you were to mentor them tobecomebetterleaders. Together you can all make your districts stronger and more viable moving forward into the future.
