• The Right Lighting:
Look for an ergonomic desk chair offering low-back support and the ability to adjust height, seatback and arms so you can customize it for your needs. By Shachi Kaushik With everyday work schedules, parents at times may find it challenging to spend quality time with their children. One of the ways to rekindle emotional closeness is by reading with your children. Snuggle together before bedtime, or schedule a reading hour on weekends, or whatever works with your family schedule, reading can create a special bond with your little one.
A simple book with great a story about a boy who moves to a new place and has difficulty adjusting to the weather and new friends. The colorful book is a great read, through which children can learn not only about emotions, but also about colors. A perfect story to read with children and talk about their feelings. The book also has great information on the Sikh culture.

Credit Application Denied? Here’s What to Do Next
It’s no fun being denied anything, especially credit. Usually when someone is trying to get a line of credit, it’s for a big reason or major life milestone and having a credit application denied can feel like a real setback. But this rejection isn’t something to take personally. It’s more common than people realize and doesn’t spell doom for your fi-
nancial future. In fact, credit denials can be a good opportunity to take proactive steps to improve your credit health long-term. How will I know I’ve been denied credit? If a lender denies your credit application, they will send you a letter called an “adverse action notice.” Don’t worry -- it sounds more menacing than it really is. This letter will explain why the lender denied your application and give you information about the credit reporting agency where they got your information. With the notice, you are entitled to get a free credit report from that agency within 60 days. While the credit reporting agency provides your information, the lender ultimately makes the decision on whether to grant credit or not. If you need more information specifically about your denial, it’s usually best to contact the lender directly. Why was I denied credit? There are many reasons a credit application could be denied and the reasons vary by lender, the types of credit requested and your personal credit history. The adverse action letter will list the reason or reasons why you were denied. Common
causes include having a limited credit history, too many recent inquiries and a high balance on current credit accounts. But every situation is different. If you are still unsure about the reason for the denial after reading the adverse action letter, you can call the lender to find out more. What should I do if I am denied credit? If you are denied credit, you don’t technically have to do anything. But that’s probably not your best option. It’s natural to feel bummed about being rejected, but you can use the denial as a motivator to make strides to improve your credit health. Your credit report acts like your financial resume, showing your history of what you’ve done with credit. Read it carefully to see if there are any areas where you could do better. Are your balances too high? Create a financial plan that includes paying them off as quickly as possible. Did you miss a payment recently? Set up automatic payment options on your monthly bills so you’re always on top of it. Don’t forget to check your report for inaccuracies, as they can occasionally play a role in a denial. If you’ve been denied credit, learn more and take that first, important step by getting your TransUnion credit report at transunion.com/ deniedcredit. No financial plan is completed without setbacks, but don’t allow those setbacks to keep you from taking action. Whatever the cause of a credit application denial, there’s a solution. With perseverance and patience, you can achieve your financial goals. (StatePoint)

Decide whether this will be a DIY project from the ground up, or whether a prefabricated shed best meets your needs.
Here are tips from the experts on how to turn a simple shed into a backyard oasis. “Quite often, we are seeing that homeowners are adding electricity to backyard sheds and using decorative interior lighting to make a statement, just as lighting would be used in the interiors of a home,” says Jennifer Kis, director of marketing communications for Progress Lighting. Backyard sheds are widely available at garden centers, hardware and home stores in a variety of architectural styles, from traditional to modern. Sheds range in size, from small (under 80 square feet), medium (approximately 90

Check with your local planning department to comply with codes and guidelines. Decide if the shed will mirror the architectural features of your home. Keep in mind that because sheds are not tall, the roof will be visible and should be considered as part of the design.
When turning a backyard shed into a dream bunkhouse at her lakeside home, designer, artist and owner of Meme Hill Studio, Amie Freling Brown put this to the test. “I’m obsessed with the tiny living concept and the she-shed movement,” says Freling Brown. “When we decided we needed more sleeping space for our 750 square foot lake house, we knew it was time to create our own tiny house.” Choosing a 10 by 12-foot classic backyard shed with a gambrel roof, gable vents, transom windows and 7-foot walls to give top campers in the bunk beds more headroom, Freling Brown transformed a simple shed into a bright, nautical farmhouse-inspired bunkhouse, complete with electricity for an overhead light, two wall lanterns and electrical outlets. The hand-painted wood grain texture of its overhead pendant inspired Freling Brown’s choice of

Optimism Springs This Fall For Small And Mid-Size Business Owners The success of small and mid-size businesses is an important economic indicator, and new survey results show encouraging news. Outlook survey, conducted semiannually, found that 55 percent of small and mid-size business owners describe their outlook for their own business as optimistic -- a near record high in the survey’s 16-year history, with about a third of respondents planning to increase the size of their workforce within the next six months.
Looking further ahead, optimism does wane, with only 46 percent of respondents believing a recession is unlikely in 2020 and 34 percent believing a recession is unlikely in 2021. While business owners are confident, there is some concern for the future; however, experts stress that U.S. economic fundamentals

How Breakfast Is Enjoyed Around The World What do words like cereal, eggs, toast and pancakes bring to mind? Ask anyone adhering to a standard American diet, and they would readily reply: “Breakfast, of course!” But this is simply a result of longtime habit aided by some clever marketing. While most cultures do consider breakfast to be the most important meal of the day, what breakfast looks like varies greatly from place to place. The Japanese, for example, enjoy miso soup, fish, pickled vegetables and tofu in the morning. Koreans think nothing odd of having bulgogi, a dish made of marinated slices of beef or pork, popular in the U.S. but eaten for lunch or dinner. In Israel, it is not unusual to see cheese and olives on breakfast plates. And Jamaicans love a bowl of fragrant curried chicken stew to start their day. So next time you feel like having dinner for breakfast, remember that you are not alone. There are millions of people around the world doing just that. (SPM Wire)

What To Know Before Replacing Your Roof
Not only does your roof need to withstand the elements over the years, it needs to look great while doing it.
“Do a search for asphalt roofing, and you may see more complaints than satisfied customers,” says Michael Cobb, general manager, Da-
and curb appeal is of importance to you, Cobb says that composite tiles can offer a cost-effective alternative to asphalt.
If it’s time to replace your roof, experts say that there are some important things to consider, particularly when it comes to the materials you select.
Ironically, asphalt does not always stand the test of time as one might hope. Experts point out that many homeowners are left disappointed when their decision to prioritize function over form doesn’t go as planned.
“Natural slate is susceptible to damage caused by freeze and thaw cycles, and when it comes to natural shake, rotting, cracking and curling is inevitable.” To get the look of natural materials and have it last, take a look at durable composite roofing options on the market today.
If you’ve started the research process, you’ve likely investigated asphalt, which is by far the most popular choice of roofing material. This is because it’s lightweight; inexpensive and fast to install, and because many people believe that asphalt will help them avoid the durability problems experienced with natural alternatives like slate and real shake.
beauty can be fleeting,” says Cobb.
For example, the Bellaforté slate and shake tiles offered by DaVinci have a long life and are low maintenance. They resist hail, impact, decay and fire, while offering the beauty of natural roofing materials.
Vinci Roofscapes. “These days, not all asphalt is the same, and due to some new blends in asphalt manufacturing on the market, many roofs are failing well before their warranties.” If you’d rather not take a chance on your home roofing’s durability,
It can also, provide a more aesthetically appealing look, stand up better to Mother Nature, and help increase the value of your home. “There’s no denying the beauty of natural slate and shake, but that
Thanksgiving Day Thanksgiving is celebrated on the second Monday of October in Canada and on the fourth Thursday of November in the United States, and around the same part of the year in other places. Although Thanksgiving has historical roots in religious and cultural traditions, it has long been celebrated as a secular holiday as well. Prayers of thanks and special thanksgiving ceremonies are common among almost all religions after harvests and at other times. The Thanksgiving holiday’s history in North America is rooted in English traditions dating from the Protestant Reformation. It also has aspects of a harvest festival, even though the harvest in New England occurs well before the lateNovember date on which the modern Thanksgiving holiday is celebrated. In the English tradition, days of thanksgiving and special thanksgiving religious services became important during the English Reformation in the reign of Henry VIII and in reaction to the large number of religious holidays on the Catholic calendar. Before 1536 there were 95 Church holidays, plus 52 Sundays, when people were required to attend church and forego work and sometimes pay for expensive celebrations. The 1536 reforms reduced the number of Church holidays to 27, but some Puritans wished to completely eliminate all Church holidays, including Christmas and Easter. The holidays were to be replaced by specially called Days of Fasting or Days of Thanksgiving, in response to events that the Puritans viewed as acts of special providence. Unexpected disasters or threats of judgement from on high called for Days of Fasting. Special blessings, viewed as coming from God, called for Days of Thanksgiving. For example, Days of Fasting were called on account of drought in 1611, floods in 1613, and plagues in 1604 and 1622. Days of Thanksgiving were called following the victory over the Spanish Armada in 1588 and following the deliverance of Queen Anne in 1705. An unusual annual Day of Thanksgiving began in 1606 following the failure of the Gunpowder Plot in 1605 and developed into Guy Fawkes Day on November 5.
Staggered edges, color variations and dramatic shadows of the brand’s polymer shake tiles contribute to their beauty, and mimic the appearance of natural shake. One more important thing to consider is the quality of warranty that
accompanies the product you select. Before replacing your roof, be sure that your new roof is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. This can save you headaches and expenses down the line. And, check with your insurance company. A new composite roof may be able to save you on homeowner insurance premiums since it is impact- and fire-resistant. For more roofing tips, curb appeal ideas and visualizer tools, visit davinciroofscapes.com. When it comes to curb appeal, the importance of a beautiful roof can’t be overstated. But a new roof should do more than appeal to the eye. It should protect your family, and the rest of your house, providing peace of mind for years to come. (StatePoint)

While the biggest change will need to come at the corporate level, the experts at Greenpeace say that individuals can get involved in the following ways:
By the end of 2019, global plastic production and burning is projected to emit the carbon equivalent of 189 coalfired power plants, according to the Center for International Environmental Law.
Just because a label claims to be good for the environment, doesn’t make it true.
And it is estimated that by 2050, there will be 12 billion metric tons of plastic waste in natural environments.
• Be wary of vague marketing terms and sustainability language.
• Whenever possible, buy items using reusable and refillable containers. • Demand that corporations take action to end the plastic pollution crisis. One easy way to do that is by signing Greenpeace’s international petition at Greenpeace.org. As more companies claim to go green, you can take action by thinking critically about claims made on product labels, and by looking for solutions that eliminate single-use packaging and plastic. How Kids Can Make A Difference By Including Others
Bullying among kids continues to be the number one social issue facing this demographic, according to YouthBeat research. This is why Cartoon Network, PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center and 826 National are taking action to promote inclusion, acceptance and kindness to unite communities and help keep kids safe. One in five students report being bullied in a recent survey commissioned by Cartoon Network in consultation with the Making Caring Common project (MCC) at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. The good news is that the research also suggests that with encouragement and guidance, kids themselves can take action to stop bullying: among its findings -- 58 percent of kids ages 9-11 who have seen someone getting picked on or being left out say that one of the
reasons they sometimes don’t help those kids is that they don’t know what to do or say. Moreover, 77 percent say it would

While some might view leadership as an innate quality, new research commissioned by Lead4Change suggests that students can emerge as leaders with the right school curriculum.
Fifty-six percent of participants gained greater commitment to vision -- they were more capable of describing a compelling image of what our future could look like and were able to identify milestones to reach that vision.
The independent research study measured change in key leadership skills in middle and high schoolers who completed the Lead4Change Student Leadership Program, a curriculum that teaches students to lead, create and implement team projects to meet a need in their community.

He admitted that the first three months were hard with juggling two jobs and a newborn son, but they really loved the business and Nida, his wife, was a big support. Nida was quite determined as she had a family background in business. In the event that a child is separated from their parent, we have a reliable and fast way to reunite them. That gives them the assurance that their kids will be safe. Even with this, the parents remain vigilant at the park. “Honestly, we go every year and the kids already have a blast,” said Tashmeem Khan. She and Zahra suggested a few things for ACL going kids: 1. Best time to go with kids is around 2 p.m. after the kids have had lunch.
To make it even easier, we have a Family Friendly Entrance directly to the right of the Barton Springs East Entrance (closes at 7pm daily). Bring the kiddos through the entrance off Barton Springs Road to quickly enter the cool, shaded Austin Kiddie Limits location, or look for stroller-friendly family lanes at each of the main gates. Kids under 10 are free.
2. Dress in layers. This is Austin. Weekend 1 was hot and 2 cold.
The two families visit Tag-a-Kid tent at the Family Entrance or the information tent where parents can register their kids with the festival and receive an RFID wristband.
6. Six hours is the maximum time kids might stay. Best to leave before the last show if kids are with you.
3. Wear comfortable shoes. 4. Have access to one of the lounges. This gives kids a break. An adult can go get food and bring it to the lounge. 5. Best to keep kids in front of you.

It’s a common sight at South Asian Mehndis to see non-south Asian guests wearing the colorful ethnic attire to celebrate the happy occasion. Most of them are so comfortable and happy in the attire that they plan to save them in their wardrobe and use them on other occasions too. Now Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, who is visiting Pakistan with her husband, Prince William, Duke of Cambridge, is doing the same and Austin crowd is talking! Austinites have posted the couple on their instagram. “Kate’s outfits impressed me,” said Aisha Syed, an avid fashion follower. “It was really nice! She respected our culture and we enjoyed lookingat her wear our clothes.” Syed had more information. She said the Duchess exercised her own taste as well and chose outfits that were becoming. Most Austinites approved of the couple and how they carried themselves in Pakistan. Pakistani Austinite Zainab Jan who grew up here said, “I think Kate did a great job integrating western looks into eastern outfits! Loved the way she carried understated but classy looks throughout her trip paying homage to traditional Pakistani fashion!”
While visiting the Badshahi mosque in Lahore, the princess wore a loose headscarf matching the long shirt and georgette pants with some Sindhi/Balouchi work. Trip to Chitral had a headgear with a feather, leather waistcoat and boots.
After that, all designers in the duchess’ wardrobe were Pakistani. AADI Brings Pakistani Film Parey Hut Love To Austin By Sumaiya Malik On Friday, October 18, Pakistani film Parey Hut Love, an Asim Raza film, starring Maya Ali, Sheheryar Munawar, Nadeem Baig, Hina Dilpazeer, Ahmed Ali Butt, Fariha Altaf and Rachel Viccaji was screened at the South West Theaters on Lake Creek Pkwy in Austin in front of a full house.

“By the time he changes his mind, it’s too late and Saniya, though hurt, has moved on – but all is not as it seems,” adds Bari.
Bangladeshi American Austinites Mr. Matiur Rahman and his wife Luthfa Rahman Rumi enjoyed the film. They are avid followers of AADI.
The movie viewing was the result of untiring effort of Austin Arts and Drama Initiative, a group of like-minded Austinites who have established a name as a platform promoting the the arts.
Six catchy songs make the colorful plot even more entertaining. Hadiqa Kiyani, Hardeep Kaur, Zeb Bangash, and Rahat Fateh Ali are well known maestros in their fields and need no introduction. Ik Pal by Hadiqa Kiyani has 2 million views on Youtube!
Parey Hut Love is an all out entertainer with star cast and special appearances of Mahira Khan and Fawad Khan. While the film has played in major cities in the US, it did not come to Austin.
Parey Hut Love has received mixed reviews, but the movie has generated so much interest that regardless of reviews, people who understand the language have gone out of their way to see it at least once.
That is when AADI decided to bring this blockbuster hit to our city. B4U, the distributor of the movie, played a role in making this happen.
The beauty of Mahira Khan and the story has mesmerized the audience. Her character is part of the climax and she renders full justice to it stealing the show with her natural acting.
The movie began with whistles and claps from a mixed audience. AADI saw people of Pakistani, Indian, and Bangladeshi origin. AADI followers from Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville and
Lakeway, were part of a full house with people searching for single seats left in between. “Based loosely on the classic romcom Four Weddings and a Funeral, Asim Raza’s second feature, Parey Hut love makes for a lighthearted and funny Eid watch,” wrote
Mahnoor Bari in Pakistani newspaper Dawn. She adds a bit about the plot saying that Sheharyar is a reluctant participant in his cousin Natasha’s wedding where he runs into Saniya (Maya Ali) who is visiting Pakistan from Turkey after many years.

Pakistani cinema has undergone a transformation ever since the heavy taxation on the movie industry in Pakistan has been reduced. Films like Waar and Bol were so good that the people started waiting for Pakistani films to come on DVD so they could watch them in USA. Many Pakistani films are now available on Netflix. Parey Hut Love was made possible with help from sponsors like Zaviya Grill, Indie Meme, BBQ Inn and Royal Chenab.

How To Navigate Expensive Car Repair Bills If you’re like many Americans, your car is your lifeline. When it’s in need of repair, being able to cough up the cash to keep it running is critical. A new survey finds that U.S. consumers spent an average of nearly $2,000 on vehicle repairs and maintenance in the last five years, with millennials and generation Z being hardest hit by the costs.
If you’re concerned about the cost of a surprise car repair leaving you running on empty, consider these tips from Ally Financial. Save

Picture this: you’re getting ready for the day and check your phone to see what the weather will be like. Your weather app shows 58 degrees, so you throw on a light jacket and head out the door. Tips To Get Empowered And Take Control Of Your Financial Life Consumers face major financial decisions at every stage of life. But experts say a basic understanding of financial concepts can help you make better decisions related to money management and reduce your stress at the same time. “The typical American is called on to make financial decisions every day,” says Heather Ellison, head of Retail Banking at OneWest Bank. “Getting savvy about personal finance can help you go forward with confidence and avoid common pitfalls.” Only 28 percent of Americans are considered “financially healthy,” according to the Financial Health Network, a nonprofit organization. Confronting The Opioids Epidemic In Our Communities As America’s opioid epidemic continues to impact communities large and small, new trends are raising new challenges for doctors and policymakers. While opioid-related overdose remains a top concern, the epidemic is now driven by illicitly manufactured fentanyl, heroin, cocaine and methamphetamine. In 2017, more than 70,000 people died from drug-related overdoses, according to the U.S. Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, the bulk of which were from illegal drugs. Since its founding in 2014, the American Medical Association (AMA) Opioid Task Force has sought ways that practicing physicians could play a role in helping end the epidemic. The task force’s recommendations include urging physicians to enhance their education, as well as advocate for comprehensive care for patients in pain, and for those with a substance use disorder. Perhaps thanks in part to these efforts, more than 700,000 physicians and other health care providers took courses related to opioids in 2018. What’s more, between 2013 and 2018, the number of opioid prescriptions decreased by more than 80 million -- a 33 percent decrease nationally -- with every state individually decreasing opioid prescriptions over the past five years. When it comes to helping patients with substance use disorder lead satisfying, productive lives, the science shows what works: medication prescribed by a physician or dispensed at special opioid treatment centers, combined with behavioral counseling and other services. Despite certain positive trends and clear science, of the 20.3 million people nationwide with a substance use disorder, 90 percent receive no treatment, according to federal officials. “The opioid cri-
sis today is a national tragedy that requires the same resolve we have mustered for other public health epidemics. Those with substance use disorders deserve no less,” says AMA president, Dr. Patrice A. Harris. “Most people agree we need access to treatments that include medication. Unfortunately, that’s not readily available for many patients, and this epidemic will not be reversed until we deal with access issues and stigma associated with opioid misuse.” The AMA stresses that while doctors are leading in areas where they can have an influence, they cannot end the epidemic alone. To combat the issue at the state and national level, the organization has issued a national “roadmap” to policymakers focused on these specific actions: • Patients and physicians should have conversations about safe storage and disposal of opioids and all medications; and increase access to the opioid overdose reversal medication, naloxone, to patients at risk of overdose. • Insurance providers should remove barriers that prevent patients from obtaining affordable medication-assisted treatment combined with counseling. • Policymakers and regulators should enforce laws that require mental health benefits to be on par with other health benefits, thereby broadening access to treatment related to mental health and substance use disorders. • Health insurance providers and pharmacy benefit managers should ensure patient access to affordable, non-opioid pain care. To learn more about efforts to end the opioid epidemic, visit end-opioid-epidemic.org. “There are many reasons to be optimistic,” says Dr. Harris. “However, much work remains to be done so that patients can access needed pain treatment, while addressing and alleviating substance use disorders.” (StatePoint)

Non-Surgical Heart Valve Gives Patients New Lease On Life
When walking up the stairs and playing golf started to become difficult even on a good day, retired Navy Captain Allen Brady attributed the change to aging. Having spent six years as a prisoner of war, Brady was no stranger to living with a challenge. But, when he couldn’t finish a round of golf without feeling fatigued and short of breath, he and his wife knew something was wrong and decided to visit a cardiologist.

“Complete control over the procedure and confidence in the final result are incredibly important. We’ve had very good results with this new technology and it offers a minimally invasive, patientcentered treatment for those with aortic stenosis wanting to get back to their life as quickly as possible,” says Dr. Meduri. Thanks to the valve’s design that makes it uniquely repositionable during TAVR, physicians can precisely place the new valve into an optimal position within the heart to restore proper valve function.
Brady was diagnosed with a severe form of aortic stenosis, the most common valvular heart disease affecting an estimated 1.5 million Americans. Brady is among the 7 percent of people over the age of 65 affected by this condition. Aortic stenosis is characterized by significant narrowing of the aortic valve opening, which restricts blood flow and is often accompanied by symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest pain, pressure or tightness, fatigue, feeling lightheaded or dizzy, and difficulty when exercising or completing day-to-day activities. If left untreated, it can eventually lead to heart failure, severe infection and

3 Surprising Things That Happen to Women’s Bodies After Giving Birth Along with the joy of bringing a baby into the world, physical changes from pregnancy and postpartum conditions may cause unexpected effects on the body. It’s important to proactively discuss these topics with friends and physicians to stay informed, know you aren’t alone and understand what effective solutions are available.

“Knowing how your bladder reacts when you consume various foods can help you identify and avoid triggers,” says Dr. Shepherd. Though common, many women are embarrassed by LBL. However, acknowledging it can help you find solutions. Here are a few to consider:
Hair Loss Triggered by a change in estrogen levels, approximately 40 to 50 percent of women experience telogen effluvium -- the excessive shedding of hair that occurs one to five months post-pregnancy, according to the American Pregnancy Association. The good news is that it’s usually temporary. Women can protect their hair by being extra gentle with it, particularly when it’s wet and more prone to breakage. Foods rich in flavonoids, antioxidants, biotin, zinc and vitamins B, C and E can also promote strong, healthy hair.
acidic foods can also trigger LBL if you already have it.

vis and the childbirth process can do quite a number on the pelvic floor and bladder, making it difficult to control urine flow, especially when you’re exerting yourself,” says Poise women’s health expert Dr. Jessica Shepherd, OB/GYN.
Commonly referred to as light bladder leakage (LBL), stress urinary incontinence is the involuntary loss of urine when sudden pressure is placed on the bladder, like when you
Dr. Shepherd notes that unhealthy lifestyle habits like smoking, drinking alcohol and using artificial sweeteners can increase one’s chances of experiencing LBL. Spicy, more
• Try over-the-counter solutions specifically designed to protect against leaks. According to a survey conducted by Poise, 63 percent of women have used a sanitary napkin or period pad to address bladder leaks. These products weren’t designed to absorb moisture from urine and fail to provide LBL protection needed to stay comfortable and confident. Brands like Poise offer a variety of solutions designed to move with women’s bodies, in-
cluding pads, ultra-thin pads, liners and microliners, in multiple sizes and absorbency levels. They also have an internal bladder support device called Impressa that’s inserted like a tampon, but instead of absorbing fluids, helps keep your urethra closed, stopping leaks for up to 12 hours a day. “For my patients with bladder leakage, I always recommend trying Poise before more permanent surgical options are considered,” says Dr. Shepherd. For more information on LBL and to find the right products for you, visit Poise.com. Excess Sweat Many women sweat more, particularly at night, in the first few weeks after giving birth. This is caused by the natural process of your hormones working to rid your body of the excess fluids that supported your pregnancy. To combat this issue, wear loosefitting, light garments and remember to stay hydrated. Caring for a new baby can be overwhelming at first, but it’s important not to ignore your own wellness. Taking good care of yourself will help make your transition into parenthood more comfortable. (StatePoint)

• Revamp Evenings: Time changes are best handled when you’re well-rested. Encourage plenty of sleep in the weeks ahead. Before bed, avoid activities that make sleep more evasive, such as looking at bright screens, consuming caffeine or indulging in too much alcohol. A vigorous workout, while great for your cardio health, is best performed at least several hours before lights out.
• Think of the Family: Time changes can be especially difficult on young children and pets who don’t understand why bedtimes and feeding schedules have changed. Ease kids and furry creatures into the time change by shifting their schedules 10-15 minutes each day.
• Connected Tech: You don’t necessarily need a smartwatch to avoid the hassle and potential risk of forgetting to wind watches back. Instead, consider a connected watch that updates automatically when Daylight Saving Time starts or ends or when traveling to a different time zone. For

Chota Imambara, also known as Imambara Hussainabad Mubarak is an imposing monument located in the city of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
for Shia Muslims, by Muhammad Ali Shah, the Nawab of Awadh in 1838, it was to serve as a mausoleum for himself and his mother, who is buried beside him.
Built as an imambara or a congregation hall
The significance of Panjetan, the holy five, is
once again emphasized here with five main doorways. This Imambara consist of two halls and a Shehnasheen (a platform where the Zarih of Imam Husain is kept.) Zarih is the replica of that protective grill or structure which is kept on the grave of Imam Husain at Karbala, Iraq. The large green and white bordered hall of Azakhana is richly decorated with chandeliers and a good number of crystal glass lamp-stands.
The chandeliers used to decorate the interior of this building were brought from Belgium. Also housed within the building, is the crown of Muhammad Ali Shah and ceremonial tazias. Thousands of labourers worked on the project to gain famine relief. It has a gilded dome and several turrets and minarets.
In fact, it was for this profuse decoration that the Imambara was referred by European visitors and writers as The Palace of Lights.
The tombs of Muhammad Ali Shah and other members of his family are inside the imambara.
The exterior is very beautifully decorated with Quranic verses in Islamic calligraphy .
This includes two replicas of the Taj Mahal, built as the tombs of Muhammad Ali Shah’s daughter and her husband.
It is situated near the Bara Imambara and on the connecting road stands an imposing gateway known as Rumi Darwaza. The building is also known as the Palace of Lights because of its decorations and chandeliers during special festivals, like Muharram.
The walls are decorated with Arabic calligraphy. Water supply for the fountains and the water bodies inside the imambara came directly from the Gomti River.
Akbar And Birbal The Farmer And The Snake A Farmer walked through his field one cold winter morning. On the ground lay a Snake, stiff and frozen with the cold.
The Farmer knew how deadly the Snake could be, and yet he picked it up and put it in his bosom to warm it back to life. The Snake soon revived, and when it had enough strength, bit the man who had been so kind to it.
The bite was deadly and the Farmer felt that he must die. As he drew his last breath, he said to those standing around, “Learn from my fate not to take pity on a scoundrel. Moral:
There are some who never changes their nature, regardless of how good we behave with them. Always stay alert and maintain the distance from those who are there only thinking about their own benefits.

‘Saand Ki Aankh’ Box Office Collection: The Taapsee Pannu And Bhumi Pednekar Starrer Fares Poorly In Its First Weekend Tushar Hiranandani directorial ‘Saand Ki Aankh’ starring Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar in the lead roles has fared poorly at the box office in its first weekend.
‘I was nervous about how the kids would take to the camera and how they would look on screen. Without sounding biased, I must say they are natural born actors’, she says, revealing her true feeling before doing this ad. And then, sthe natural born actors are due to the kind of family legacy they’re carrying we must say.
The film clashed at the box office with Akshay Kumar starrer ‘Housefull 4’ and Rajkummar Rao starrer ‘Saand Ki Aankh’. However, the film has a decent chance to hold on post- Diwali.
While it is known about Mahesh that his father was a superstar and acting came naturally to him, even Namrata’s grandmom is an actress too.
As per the latest report in the Boxofficeindia.com, on Sunday, the film has managed to rake in a total of Rs 95 lakh on its third day at the box office.
That’s how the acting genes got carried into the next generations, and maybe the Mahesh-Namrata shouldn’t think twice before pushing their children as actors.
The film has managed to collect a total of Rs 2.50 crore in its first weekend at the box office.
On the other hand, while Gautham already made his debut as a child artist in 1-Nenokkadine movie, we have to see if Sithara would do the same anytime soon.
The film cannot be completely written off as there is a decent underlying trend in the metros. The film is expected to bring in decent numbers post the Diwali weekend and could hold at low levels for a week or two. The film portrays the inspirational
life of the world’s oldest sharpshooters - Chandro and Prakashi Tomar. The film has been critically praised as well. ‘ Saand Ki Aankh’ was declared tax free by Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan government.
Directed by Tushar Hiranandani, ‘Saandh Ki Aankh’ also stars Prakash Jha, Vineet Kumar, and Shaad Randhawa in pivotal roles. The film is produced by Anurag Kashyap and Nidhi Parmar and hit
the theatres on October 25.
