Little Free Library Starts New Chapter On a beautiful spring morning outside of the Avalon Pavilion at Tanja King Park, the Rotary Club officially dedicated the newest Little Free Library to the Avalon Park community in honor of their late fellow Rotarian, Jared Morgan. History: As part of the group’s ongoing community service projects, the Rotary Club of Avalon Park built Avalon’s first Little Free Library in Founders Square almost six years ago. Since that time, the book sharing has gained such positive feedback, the club has decided to install two more, with expansion plans down the road.
