The fees quoted are for the number of weeks noted and include the course book and a listening comprehension CD or cassette.

It saves a lot of administrative work if all fees can be paid in full when formal registration takes place, but payment in instalments can be arranged in special circumstances.

The reduced “Unwaged” rate is available to those who are not in paid employment or who are in receipt of benefits such as income support, disability benefit, etc.

4.

Welsh for Adults Learning Fund If your annual household income is less than £25,000, you may be entitled to reimbursement of course-related costs such as childcare and travelling. Application forms will be available at the first class.

Fees

ACCESS As far as we can, we only use centres where there are no access difficulties. However, in some areas appropriate facilities are not always available. If stairs etc. cause you problems, please contact us in advance so that we can advise you as to which centres are most suitable for your needs.

ACCREDITATION All our courses are accredited through Agored Cymru and students will earn Level One credits as a record of their progress on the Wlpan course. If you would like to be assessed more formally, you can register for the Welsh Joint Education Committee’s Entry and Foundation examinations during the Wlpan. We must stress, however, that all examinations are entirely optional and voluntary.
