• Dial the number you want your calls forwarded to.

To Cancel Call Forwarding:
• At the dial tone, press *73. After four seconds, a tone confirms Call Forwarding has been canceled.
Voicemail
Voicemail answers calls when you are away from home, on the phone, online, or even when the power goes out.
To Set Up Your Voicemail:
• From home, dial #55 or dial 1-877-VMESSAGE (1-877-863-7724).
• When prompted, enter a personal 4 to 10 digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) and follow the prompts to record your name and greeting.
• Once you have set up your voicemail through the telephone, you will be able to create a centurylink.com user ID and passcode (different from your Voicemail PIN) and manage your Voicemail from the Internet.
To Check Your Voicemail:
• Telephone: Dial #55 from home or, if away from home, dial 1-877-VMESSAGE (1-877-863-7724) and follow the prompts to access your mailbox.
• Internet: Go to centurylink.com, log on with your centurylink.com user ID and passcode, then go to “My Services,” “View Voice Services” and “Manage Your Voicemail.” For quick access, once logged in online, save this page to your favorites.
Call Forward - No Answer
Send unanswered calls to voicemail or another predetermined number so you never miss a call.
• In most areas, all unanswered calls will be automatically forwarded to the designated number once you sign up for service.
In areas where customers must activate and program:
• At the dial tone, press *92 or dial 1192 on a rotary phone.
• Listen for a second dial tone.
• Dial the number you want your calls forwarded to.
• When the call is answered, Call Forward - No Answer is activated.
• If the party doesn’t answer or the line is busy, repeat the first three steps. A tone confirms your unanswered calls have been forwarded.
To Cancel Call Forward - No Answer:
• At the dial tone, press *93 or dial 1193 on a rotary phone.
Call Forward - Busy
When you’re on the phone, send incoming callers to voicemail or another predetermined number so you never miss a call and your callers never reach a busy signal.
• In most areas, busy calls will be automatically forwarded to the designated number once you sign up for service.
In areas where customers must activate and program:
• At the dial tone, press *90 or dial 1190 on a rotary phone.
• Listen for a second dial tone.
• Dial the number you want your calls forwarded to.
• When the call is answered, Call Forward - Busy is activated.
• If the party doesn’t answer or the line is busy, repeat the first three steps. A tone confirms your busy calls have been forwarded.
To Cancel Call Forward - Busy:
• At the dial tone, press *91 or dial 1191 on a rotary phone.
Return Call *69
Redial the last number that called, whether you answered the phone or not, from any phone in the house.
• At the dial tone, press *69 or dial 1169 on a rotary phone.
• A recording will identify the last caller’s name and number, press 1 to complete the call.
• When the line is free, you’ll be connected.
